Void Based Support/Top

My idea for this is a void based support that feeds off the energy of those around him. He can be a support by not allowing his shield to target himself or he could be a top laners if you allow the shield to target himself.

Passive - Energy Manipulator: Whenever Akr'Das damages an enemy champion, or an enemy champion damages an ally with E on him, Akr'Das gains a stacking buff to his damage while in combat.

Q - Void Blast: Throw a projectile with a circular aoe at a targeted location. Those hit by the blast are damaged and briefly slowed.

W - Siphon: Mark an area of the ground for a few seconds. Enemies inside take damage and are slowed.

E - void shield: Create a shield made from void energy around a targeted ally. Damage to the shield by an enemy greatly stacks Akr'Das damage buff

R: Call of the void - Create a small rift in space for the void to seep through. Drags enemies towards the center. Enemies in the center can attack but cannot use abilities. The closer to the center an enemy is, the more difficult it is to escape. Creates an explosion after a duration is over. Instantly fully stacks the passive.
