[Champion Concept] Exiel, The Furious God - Kishin (mechanically special dream realm champion)

#1 SHORT LORE
He is from the Dream Realm. Well, technically, he is a dream being, but not 100%. He was recreated in plane of history based on once existed creature. Original creature was believed to be able to kill and absorb gods to become almighty ultimate being. However, original creature was destroyed during First Rune War. Yet, someone found a way to recreate him in the Dream Realm. They don't even begin to understand what they have done. Ritual to create him was used in the Dream Realm to reforge Exiel from old fragments of him left around all realms of existence. He is nor ancient god, nor he is a dream creature. He is something between those two.

#2.2 KIT
Passive: Avenger Revenge: when an enemy champion deals damage to you, then begin to build up anger toward your enemies. 5 (+2 per level) (+10% of AD) (+15 per champion kill) physical damage is built every sec up to maximum 20 (+8 per level) (+40% of AD) (+60 per champion kill) bonus physical damage after 4 sec. Your next basic attack will use up your anger dealing stored physical damage to your target. This bonus damage can not be critical. If you do not attack any enemy within 7 sec, then all stored damage will be removed.

Aura of Hate [q] Passive: add new resource bad called Hate. Grant 1 hate every 2 sec. Every time you kill an enemy get 1 hate. In addition, grant 1 hate whenever you are critically hit. Max hate: 20.
Active: consume all your hate and emit an aura dealing 20/25/30/35/40 (+10% of AD) (+2 per hate consumed) physical damage per sec to nearby enemies. In addition, if you use this ability at full hate, then taunt nearby enemies for 1,5 sec. Aura lasts for 5/6/7/8/9 sec. You can't use this ability while you are under effect of Godly Wrath. Cooldown: 18 sec Mana cost: 80 Range: 420

Despicable Image [w] If used while under effect of Aura of Hate then: Create a stationary image of you. This image absorbs 20% of damage you take up to 400/600/800/1000/1200 total damage. Image lasts for 8 sec. Absorption range: 700
If used while under effect of Godly Wrath then: Create a stationary image of yourself. This image will deal 35/45/55/65/75 (+15% of AD) physical damage to nearby enemies every sec. Image lasts for 8 sec. Damage done by your image is treated as damage done by you. Range of AOE: 345

Godly Wrath [e] Jump at your target dealing 75/110/145/180/215 (+65% of AD) physical damage to him/her, apply all on-hit effects and stun him/her for 1 sec. In addition, increase your attack speed by 15/20/25/30/35% and reduce all damage taken by 10% for 3,5 sec. You can't use this ability while under effect of Aura of Hate. Cooldown: 10 sec Mana cost: 50/55/60/65/70 Range: 520

Unholy Ascension [r] Rank 1: using your Despicable Image ability will cause you to enter stealth for 1,5 sec and increase your movement speed by 20% for 3 sec.
Rank 2: remove using restrictions from Aura of Hate and Godly Wrath, and your Despicable Image now will summon both images if you are affected by both abilities.
Rank 3: unlock Obliterate ability.
Obliterate: target an direction and begin to gather energy. After 1,5 sec release huge laser--like energy beam dealing 160 (+20% of AD) magic damage every 0,2 sec to all enemies in the laser beam. You continue to release this beam of energy for up to 2 sec or until you cancel it by reactivating this ability. Using this ability will alert all champions in the map (enemies and allies will see the path of this ability when you start to gather energy). Cooldown: 140 sec Mana cost: 150 Range: global Width: 200

#4 LORE
Group of powerful underground magicians found a way to enter and exit the Dream Realm. They visited all planes of the Dream Realm trying to find ancient knowledge of ways to manipulate this realm. Several of them died in plane of nightmare and plane of progress, but they continued to search. What they found was way different than what they expected to find. In the plane of history they found recreated mausoleum for ancient god. Bizarre textures, creepy statues and many more things were placed there. However, most important finding was a book where was written how to recreate this god in the dream realm. In the book was written detailed ritual how to bring this god back to life and that he will grant wishes to everyone in his presence. Author of book was unknown, but four letters were branded on the cover: SGTE. They done the ritual and recreated this god, but to their surprise, book lied. They made something which wasn't god, but the opposite of them who was called Kishin or in modern language -- The Furious God. Being made to kill and devour other gods if they misbehave. This being mercilessly killed magicians, torn a hole between realms and entered Runeterra. Nevertheless, after exiting the dream realm he was weakened by some unknown force. He doesn't know who done that, but he got so weakened that he almost disappeared again. His body got disfigured, especially his face, so Exiel made an iron mast to hide his face. His wings morphed into something horrific. To his surprise, Exiel started to regain his powers from rage and anger of others absorbing it from them and become stronger.
-- Hello there, nasty little mortals. My name is Exiel. Well, to say the truth, this is a new name i gave myself. I forgot my previous name. Funny thing, i think i was dead or... banished from existence. I don't remember much, just that one part of me still lives in the underworld, i think. -- Yet, no matter how much time have passed, it seems i still have enemies around here, because just after being broth to life i was attacked. I am not sure who could or would do that, but that actually hurt me. Maybe i am not like i used to be. To be truthful, i don't even remember how i was used to be. Everything in blur right now. Yet, i know i am myself. I can't be anyone else.
Talking to injured soldier who tried to fight him: -- You know, mortals always looked strange to me. You are born, you breed, you kill and eventually you get old and die. Why? Isn't that pointless? No one will remember you after you die. Your legacy is your children, but even they will day someday. All you do with your time is pointless. You have so limited life time and you spend it how? Wars, killing, stealing and even more wars. You compete who are better, you fight for land and for resources. Don't get me wrong, your aggression keeps me alive right now, but doesn't all the look pointless? Look, you waged war, got hurt and now you will die. But for what? For nothing. You think you done that for a higher purpose, for glory of your rulers or for safety for your people, but that is a lie. You done these things because you want to, that is in your blood. If you don''t kill them, then they will kill you, yes? That is rules of you, mortals, or i am wrong? No, i can't be wrong. Even in thousands generations you will not change. Don't get me wrong, i am very grateful for that, for a chance to regain my strength. That is just bad to you, being food for me until the end of time.
-- I hate everyone. I mean it. Gods, mortals, celestials, plants and everything. They are just so pointless. With no purpose, with no desire to do something more. I don't remember anything meaningful about this world. Nothing at all. And with my hate my powers grows.
Sitting in the battle field and surrounded with corpses: -- What i disgusting sight. Disgusting, yet, i feel so good around there. Not only because i am better than them, but because my powers return with their aggression. I may get used to this -- creating wars, seeing mortals kill each others, feeding on their anger. Everything moves in circles for mortals, i am just unmovable axis for them. I will not die, i will not stop and one day i will become almighty once again. He continues to talk with himself while he build a pyramid out of corpses: -- A person like me needs i way to pass time. My strength is returning so slowly, but what could i do. I don't know who took me powers and weakened me. I don't even remember how i died first time. All i can do right now is to pass time and get stronger, feed on anger and wrath of these mortals. I think i begin to remember my other six brother, but none of them could weaken me so much even if they wanted to. I guess they all are also dead. How much time have passed that there is no one like me left? Or maybe... Mortals have broth me back to life, so maybe mortals done something... These little worms got powerful, maybe too powerful.I don't know limit of their power, but if they are able to bring me back, then maybe they brought back somebody else or created somebody like one of my kind. I have... I have to know what they have done. Mortals should know these things, shouldn't do these things. Since when they can bring back gods from death? Somebody must be guiding them. I will find who.

Joke -- Aggressive? Who, me? No, i am just passionate. -- No, i don't have anger management issues. -- Yes, i do love the sound of my voice. -- Who is this Morgan you say my voice sounds like?
Taunt -- You are mortal. I could just wait until you die, but i rather destroy you here and now. -- You mortals say: you are what you eat. Yet, i do not feel weak or pathetic like me food. -- I could kill you a thousand ways before you could even scream. -- There is no point for me to learn your name. You will die like the rest of your kind.
Using Q: -- Bath in my hatred.
Using W: -- Take form.
Using e: -- Fall. -- Die. -- Begone.
Using R: -- Into dusts. -- Ultimate attack. -- World burns.
#6 OTHER
How to play him Yea, that might be hard. Early, he is very limited, you could say even weak (like in his lore). You can use Q and E together of one after another. W can only reduce damage taken or deal damage. First two ranks of R do not give bonus ability, but augment his other abilities. He is slow starter. I mean really really slow. Slower than Nasus. However, he does get better while game progresses. As game goes one his fight style changes:
- Getting early ganks from your jungler or roaming yourself and getting kills will increase your damage from passive. At first it might not look like much, but every single kill with this champion counts. Every single of them. KS your team mates if you have to, but you will need kills more than Fiora needs nerfs.
- Early use of W means either not bad AOE damage or pretty average damage reduction. However, from mid to late game this will start to do both and even more. At 18 level W will give bonus movement speed, give short stealth, reduce damage taken and deal AOE damage. It might be a little too much for one ability, but remember how it starts. This champion is very slow to get good, even slower than Nasus.
- Q and E combo is early forbidden. However, after 2nd rank in R you will be able to use them both. At this point you should become bueling people and destroy them. Before this you would have to play very safe, farm as much as you can and avoid fighting other, but after this point just snowball them harder than Fizz. Just do it. Don't let your dreams be dreams.
- Yes, this champ is definitely late game champion. He is weak and fragile early on. If you sure that game will take more than 30 min to end, then take him. He becomes fun only after 3rd rank on R when you can damage enemies from other side of the map, but at this point game might be already over. Decide if you want to invest.
- R is something i made based on Yu-gi-oh. Sue me. Big scary beam dealing damage to everything in it, but you gain only during last minutes of the game, i just like tension of it. Yes, it deals lots and lots of damage to enemies who stand in it, but: enemies have 1,5 sec to move to completely avoid it and another 2 sec to move out of it. If they can't do that over 3,5 sec, then they deserve to burn.
His strengths: -- as game goes on he becomes harder and harder to kill -- decent amount of CC -- very good late game -- have engage and disengage tools (jump and stealth) -- 3rd rank R have global range, so you can snipe enemies from other side of the map -- can build full damage and still be pretty tanky -- KSing awards you big time -- he unique and fun kit to play with or against -- have good wave clear and can push lanes very fast -- good against pokeing mid-range champions
His weaknesses: -- terrible early game -- hugely relief on help of other early game -- passive only does good damage when you take damage from an enemy champion, wait for 4 sec and then attack -- mobile enemies can move out of your AOE damage dealing abilities easily -- pretty bad mid game unless got many champion kills -- don't have any sustain -- if he goes all-in, he can't escape or retreat without Flash -- he can be easily killed with surprise attack, because he is tanky only while using his abilities -- enemies can easily avoid your 3rd rank R -- he is so ugly he have to wear mask
