[Champion Concept] Razuten, Lover of the Demacian Queen

A healer and legendary shadow bender, Razuten defected from Noxus and made quite a reputation in Demacia as a charmer, growing a noticeable following. One day, the queen of Demacia fell ill with a plague of darkness, and the royals sought out Razuten to heal her.

After a few weeks with the queen, Razuten rid her of the plague, however, she continued to call him back for, a kind of, spiritual healing. After months, the people began to talk, and the king grew jealous and claimed Razuten was the one who poisoned the queen in the first place. After a several attempts at his life, Razuten vanished in a flurry of blades and bullets.

As parting last words, he whispered sweet and dark nothings to the queen, and to this day, the people of Demacia believe their queen to be under the spell of the Noxian spy, Razuten.

Quote with Jarvan IV: "If a lesser man kills me, nothing would come of it, but if you kill me prince, Demacia will tear itself apart by your own hands. The shadows will ensure of that."

Ranged Mage/Enhance

Passive - I Feel Fine: The longer he takes damages he increases his health regen for several seconds during combat, up to a cap, based on his max ability power.

Q - From Shadows: Razuten targets an enemy and directs an arrow behind them which points towards them. From that direction a shadow will manifest and a shadowy bolt of lightning will strike towards the targeted enemy, dealing magic damage to the first enemy hit and the nearest most 3 enemy units.

W - Heart's Shadow: Razuten throws a blanket of shadows in a target direction, cleansing and granting stealth to himself and allied champions hit for a second. At the end of the path, the darkness swells and after a second implodes, dealing magic damage and charming enemy champions caught in the explosion for a second.

E - Fading Light: Razuten covers a target area in darkness, dealing magic damage over time and slowly decreasing enemy vision in the darkness, the longer they remain in it.

R - Dark Sweet Nothings: Razuten cloaks and blinks behind a target enemy champion, where he will whisper to them. After which, they will see every champion as Razuten for several seconds, and to the targeted enemy Razuten is completely invisible for the duration.
