I love it. My guess is that there are Syndra and Ahri talking.

From what Syndra is saying, it seems that she is having a similar place in this world like Homura from Madoka Magica. She knows that the duty of being a Starguardian has cruel sides and she wants to protect the others from it. Therefore she wants to corrupt the system.

Just like Homura literally became the devil, because she wants to protect Madoka from the duty of being a goddess and having to sacrifice herself.

Riot, we definitely need an animation of this some day. This can develope to an own magical girl anime, I believe in it. I am already hooked.
