Fury Mage Concept

Name: Alex Gender & Race: Male Human Role(s): Mage, Fighter Resource: Fury Weapon: Whips of Fire Melee: 175 units Movement Speed: 325

PASSIVE: Damaging enemies generates Fury. Each % of Fury adds (0.35% AP) to his basic attack damage as on-hit Magic Damage. Leaving combat for more than 5 seconds causes him to lose 1% of Fury every 0.25 seconds. Taking lethal damage causes loss of all Fury (i.e. Guardian Angel and similar effects will revive him at 0% Fury). Reaching 90% Fury he gains 4/5/6 + (1 per 100 AP)% increased Movement Speed, but he also gradually loses Fury if being slowed until he's below 90% Fury again.

Q: Attempts to catch an enemy champion with his left whip within 175 units. If a champion is hit they are slowed by 35% for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds and dealt (10% AP) Magic Damage every 0.5 seconds, increased by 10/20/30/40/50% per successful tick of damage to the victim's Health. He is also attached to his victim and immune to displacements and any CC that would hold him still for the duration and can basic attack them using his right whip and only death allows him to detach prematurely.

If a champion is caught this ability can be recast to attempt to catch a second champion with the right whip. If a champion is caught both are suppressed for the remainder of the duration and dealt 115/130/145/160/175% damage, but he cannot basic attack or use abilities. The suppression can be interrupted by stuns, suppressions and displacements.

Both attempts to catch a champion can be blocked by minions and monsters.

Cooldown: 15/14/13/12/11 seconds (doubled if suppression is triggered)

W: Slams both whips into the ground, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 + (70% AP) Magic Damage in a wide line in front of him. 175 units of range. Resets basic attack timer. Can be cast during a single-champion Q, but does half damage.

Cooldown: 10 seconds

E: Summons his resolve to reflect the next ability cast on him in the next 1 second back to its source. The reflected ability deals only 25% of its normal damage but its other effects are replicated.

Cooldown: 20 seconds

R: Channels for 1 second and unleashes his full power. For the next 10/15/20 seconds his basic attack, Q and W ranges are increased to 450 units, his Fury generation and damage added from it are increased by 12.5/25/50%.

If cast with 90% or more Fury the channel cannot be interrupted by any means and at the end of it all nearby enemies are stunned for 1 second.

Cooldown: 120/110/100 seconds

It's not a type of champion I like, but I figured we don't have a champion with whips for weapons, so I gave it a try.

I like this Idea. All mages except Vladimir have a mana resource. So this is a unique Idea to league of legends but certainly not to other games. Actually now that I think about it I cannot come up with a hero that has a fury resource and is a mage from another moba game. Hmmm good Idea.

I like champions, heroes, what ever, that have pets. Like not talking a pet for an ultimate i'm talking summoning pets via basic abilities that swarm enemies. I miss Malzahar old voidlings. The ones that would replicate, have 3 hit points(not health points) gained 100% movement speed towards targets with malefic visions on them. Those were the days. I got my first penta kill and watched all my voidlings get all of the kills. I was literally dance emoting while my void lings scurried around and bit the entire enemy team to death. fun times.
