Friends' Market Rune?

There is a "Future's Market" rune that allows players to borrow gold from the shop, which made me think of the idea of a "Friends' Market" rune. Future's Market helps individual players, but Friends' Market would allow individuals to help their teammates.

Friends' Market: After you are fully built (have 6 completed items), you can lend a specific amount of gold to a teammate every 5 minutes. Lending fee is 5% of current gold.

This rune would be very helpful during long games where only one or two players are still working on their last item.
