Idea for the future of League

Very simple idea: Make old champs' kits available to select at loading screen- that's right, all those updates you guys have done? You can actually balance those out behind the scenes on the PBE, and actually LISTEN to the community in regards to the issues they were having. This also miraculously solves the issue of having 10 bans potentially be too much, since people will now have even more ways to "counter their counters." This also creates soooooo much potential regarding champion diversity, as well as being able to utilize old themes that people may have forgotten about- for instance the old, outdated summoner pics.
