Does Ziggs bot mean other APCs can too?
If so, which ones do you think would be most viable... I myself am looking forward to the potential of TF botlane becoming a thing again... your thoughts?

This seems to be another one of those examples of people not really understand why something works, and just following it blindly. Ziggs bot doesn't work simply because he's a mage. It works because he's very very good at sieging towers. He always has been, it's just the weakness of bot tower that brought him into the bot lane recently. Just because Ziggs is going bot, doesn't mean any mage can go there and do just as well. ADCs, regardless of what the boards try to say, are still better at sieging than most champions, and still work well bot.
Kennen and TF can be decent, but not great.
Any mage who has high DPS so

love the TF botlane idea. Loving this out of the box APC bot stuff. greatness.
I'd actually try 
He gets a metric shit ton of AP from farming, and getting AP actually translates to turret damage ever since that change to turret damage so I'm wondering whether just substituting one item for a lichbane and going ham with that wouldn't be comparable.
Ziggs is about the only APC that fits well down there at the moment due to incredible wave clear, tower destruction and safety.
Don't worry, they will nerf him soon.
