Lore

Ulster is a Dark Elf that lived in isolation deep in a cave on Mt. Targon, practicing ancient dark magic and Druidic magic alike, his goal is to conquer and unite the the nations of Runeterra into one empire to let his fellow Dark elves, all deceased and turned into saplings, grow and thrive in, his dream world, nothing but a Forest of his fallen brothers, in which he too will live in and guard them from other threats like demons, Darkin, Undead, frozen watchers and Voidborns

To start on achieving his goal though he must first learn and master the darkest and strongest form of magic none godly entities can learn, Shape Shifting and transformation, to do so he went out on a quest to gather the 4 sole books that teach about it

He took his Tome Of Nature with him and embarked on his quest

He Sailed dark seas, fought hoards and Dueled the Chain Warden himself to claim the Grimoire Of Decay

He walked the Forests around Bandle City and navigated the Glades till he found The Fae Index

He climbed the icy mountains, crossed the howling abyss and fought the Troll king for the Hunter's Rites

He stormed Ionia leaving not a stone unturned, not a human or Vastayan not interrogated, not a temple ransacked until he found The Polynomicon

Now with his book of Druidic magic and the 4 transformation books the easy part is done, now for the real quest to begin

Passive - Tome Of Nature Ulster's Auto Attacks are empowered by Nature, making them apply a stacking mark on enemy champions hit, stacks add up to 3 times, on the 4th Auto Attack consumes the stacks and roots the enemy for 1.5s, stacks wear off after not being attacked for 3 seconds, you can not root the same target for 20s

Q - Grimoire Of Decay Ulster casts Black Light in a long cone in front of him, dealing 40-110 magic damage (+40% AP) magic damage to all enemies in it, if it kills 3 minions or more then it will spawn 3 ally Caster minions in their place

W - The Fae Index Ulster shape shifts into a fairy gaining Camouflage for 4 seconds or until you attack something, additionally your next 3 Auto Attacks don't interrupt movement, the first one deals 25% of your AP as bonus Magic damage and the other two 15% of your AP

(Can not be used while Hunter's Rites' self cast effect or Polynomicon are active)

E - Hunter's Rites If Ulster targets himself he turns into a Troll for 4 seconds, gaining 50% HP regen and 8% bonus resistances for the duration which also lingers for an additional 2 seconds After the transformation ends

If Ulster targets the enemy he deals 20-90 (+55% AP) magic damage to them as he painfully turns them into a Faun reducing their Max HP by 5%

(Self cast can not be used while The Fae Index or Polynomicon Are Active)

R - Polynomicon Ulster cycles through 3 options, depending on which he chooses he gains bonus effects for 6 seconds and deals 100-150 (+65% AP) Magic damage to enemies around him while transforming

Stone Golem - 15% bonus Armor and 30% Tenacity

Dragon - 12% bonus MR and 10% Spellvamp

Demon - Auto attacks and abilities deal 25% of your AP as bonus magic damage, 30% against enemies below 35% Max HP

(can not be used while Hunter's Rites' self cast or The Fae Index are active)

Dont have the time for a full review at the moment, but from what i read, i do like what i see. Good good and even better start.

I did have a quick question - is the R like TF's Pick a card ability when it cycles?
