As we can see some of the skins that were asked have been fulfilled. Keep them coming Riot. My wallet isn't going to starve itself and neither is anyone else's.

If you think of a skin that you think is awesome please post it on here. I'd love to hear about it and add it to my collection by popular opinion. All will be credited for their idea and if these skins have been mentioned before by someone else and I did not credit their name it is due to me coming up with the skin myself, this of course does not discredit said person.
P.S. This post was made with the knowledge that most if not all these skins would give Riot a legal headache in trying to make it. For the sake of peace and entertainment, do not be THAT guy.
