This is not a drill! This is not a drill!

February results are out for the CCOS!

But before we get to that we gotta send some thanks towards this month's judges!

Kaegn and TheTyeGuy, stand up and take a bow! Or, you know, whatever else you want to do.

These guys took a serious amount of time out of their month to get to each and every concept this month. Both judges actually got feedback to most if not all entries too! Give these guys a serious applause, the CCOS couldn't happen without them!

######Some of the more observant may notice Kaegn was actually an 'entrant' for this month. Don't worry this was intended on my end and was made apparent to the other judges from day one. He would not have been eligible for a prize if he had scored highly. It was more of an experiment than anything else. We were low on the entrant side so it was a good opportunity for this specific month.

So with that out of the way, it's that time again! The winner of the February CCOS is....

#Yzariel, The Soul Ripper by Auryiel with a score of 175/200 (87.5%)!

Congratulations! You'll be getting your prize medal gif sometime next week! (I'm heading to PAX East this weekend so inevitable delays :P)

#And YOU get something, and YOU get something!

Don't fret if you didn't make the leaderboards, you'll still be entered into the CCOS Official Archive as well as getting some nice feedback to your concept from this month's judges.

Find your concept's feedback here! Steps to access:

  1. click link
  2. page 1 (Final Count) is a quick way to see all the scores, switch to Page 2 (Judging) by clicking the tab at the bottom. This is where the specific feedback is.
  3. be sure to scroll to the right to find the feedback for your concept. The spacing can get weird do don't be afraid to zoom out a bit to scroll more evenly!

Be sure to tell me of you have any trouble accessing the document, I'll be sure to help out as much as I can and can give you your score directly if needed.

#Next month!!

I'm already getting ready to get the March CCOS ready to go! I need judges an concepts, so get your stuff ready! If you're interested in judging for March please e-mail me at '[email protected]' with your IGN. Otherwise if you're interested in entering be sure your concept was posted within the month of March!

The March CCOS will be taking entries this Monday, keep an eye out for the entry post around noon EST.

#Addendum

Look guys, I'm sorry but I've been running on less than no sleep for the last week due to tests and lab reports (College life) so after this I'm heading to lab and then very quickly passing out until tomorrow. I'll be sure the judges know about this post and stop by so you can talk but as far as I'm concerned I'll be mia for the 24 hours or so. But I'll be here tomorrow, so if you have any questions/concerns I'll get to you then! gl hf!

Dang having to write two concepts in the span of a week really cost me lol Oh well the people who hit top 5 were all freakin excellent concepts so im not even a little disappointed, it was pretty fun reading them all.

Good job Auryiel, he really had admirable effort put into his work and he gave good feedback on mine. Glad to see him win.

Ah. . . I didn't put anything down for Widget, since I was confused on the whole "incognito judge thing" and I assumed that judges couldn't enter in the contest. Also, there were only 2 judges? I feel like there should be more. Also, for Nashanel, you swapped the feedback. Kaegn said the shorter one.

I've certainly learned a lot about judging, and you can expect me to return next month.

Third place :D This contest was great, and i learned a lot about how to make my next champ better thanks to the judges. Unfortunately i forgot to list one important thing in his kit, oops. Thanks!

Third place. :P

(...what "problematic cast time issue"? There's one spell with a delay, just like every AoE in the game. -frown-)

Nuclear Corvid3/5/2015, 9:09:52 PM1 votes

Aw, so close to two months in a row.

Ah well, nice work to all!

Alaurina3/5/2015, 10:43:30 PM1 votes

forth place i am fine with that ^^

Auryiel3/6/2015, 5:48:16 PM1 votes

Ooooh thanks :D

I gotta admit, I'm kinda surprised because I didn't really like the kit XD

TBH I just did it because I liked the lore I came up with

SushiKnight3/10/2015, 9:34:32 PM1 votes

kills self Just kidding ^.^,anyway thanks for the feedback :D (If you knew how old I was the concept mightttt have made more sense :s)

SushiKnight3/10/2015, 9:37:54 PM1 votes

If the "TheTyeGuy" reads this I didn't see any of your feedback so that's why I didn't change because I didn't see what you said @.@

Ah well. I didn't do too bad, but I've had the idea of Britt stored up for a while and I thought I'd use him this month. I've got more ideas in store for March!

Okay I did fixed my concept a bit,not like anyone going to see it again anyway.
