Rabadon and Zhonya - The Arcane Sorcerer and the Darkin of the sands

so i was reading through a list of removed league items and came upon Zhonya's Ring, and this inspired me with this concept

Lore : Rabadon, a powerful mage with huge potential and a decent magic item crafter but is still a mage-in-training was walking through the shuriman Ruins wondering if there are any materials he can use in crafting items, he came upon a room with a well, great magic radiated from the well and Rabadon got curious, so he checked in it, seeing at the bottom of the well a ring, so he jumped in and got it. Zhonya felt human flesh against her ring, in joy she attempted to take over the mortal fool who entered her well but to her shock he was too powerful to take over, she tried to force it but only resulted in overloading the Ring and breaking it, her essence leaving it and possessing him directly, she attempted taking over him again from within but he vast magic potential acted as a barrier. Rabadon got out of the well and looked at the ring, seeing it somehow broke he decided to discard it. fearing her death if he did in his mind she told him not to, offering him power in return of him repairing it, if she couldnt control him then shed share his body, anything but death or enslavement. from that day Rabadon and Zhonya have been working together as a powerful duo.

also darkins have a theme among them, powers granted through blood magic, Aatrox has the influencing wars, Rhaast has his shadow and going inside things powers, Varus has the blighted Quivers, Zhonya's power is a stronger darker form of time magic

appearance : Rabadon is an average height mage wearing a purple shirt, black jeans and shoes, a ram skull on his shoulder and a cape of raven feathers, he also wears the Rabadon Death Cap that is covering his eyes and a belt that looks Zhonya's Ring, he carries a wooden staff with red crystal at the top

Note that im bad with balanced numbers so expect to see "X" where ratios and base damage should be

Passive : The Darkin Ring Zhonya's Ring (her Darkin weapon) has been stolen from the league, but has been broken so Rabadon has to create a vessel to hold her essence Rabadon can upgrade Doran's Ring 3 times

Doran's Reinforced Ring Doran's ring + Seeker's Armguard + 350 Gold 35 AP 60 HP 30 Armor 50% base mana regen restore 4 mana per unit killed

Vessel Doran's Reinforced Ring + Feindish Codex + Stop Watch + 350 Gold 70 AP 40 Armor 10% CDR 1 time use stasis

Zhonya's Ring Vessel + 2 Needlessly Large Rod + 400 Gold 120 AP 40 Armor 10% CDR Stasis increase AP by 25%

Q - Arcana Ignus (skill shot) / Deja Vu (skill shot) Arcane Ingnus - Rabadon channels and Shoots a ball of arcane fire that deals X damage (+ X% AP) and passes through units, the damage and hit box increases the longer he channels (minimum 1 second and max 3 seconds), at max channel also applies Grevious wounds Deja Vu - when Arcana Ignus goes on cool down it is replaced by Deja Vu, Zhonya allows Rabadon to recast a max channel Arcana Ignus without channel but deal 25% less damage, doesnt reapply grievous wounds and stops on the first enemy champion hit

R - Superior presences (AoE / Passive) Passive - Rabadon's massive amounts of power prevents him from being silenced or blinded Active - Rabadon gives control to Zhonya, who casts a huge AoE around her, enemies in this area have their abiility cool downs reduced but lose 15% MR and their ability costs are doubled, Zhonya meanwhile gains X% Mana Regen
