[Champion Concept] Aerometus, the Night's Glare

Lore: Faster that the eye can see, Aerometus didn't have a name for a long time. Before, he was just "the thing that goes bump in the night." He was always darting around in the Kumungu Jungle that not even summoners from the League could catch him. However, Aerometus went out of his usual area. At first he was seen stealing fruit from a food stand in Shurima and then vanishing almost instantly. However, onlookers could easily identify his appearance as a white humanoid creature with large ears and a membrane under his arms, connecting to his legs. Vanshing so fast, they deduced that he was the one that darted around in the jungle. Almost immediately, Summoners arrived on scene to capture hi. They first placed a magic barrier around town, trapping Aerometus. Then, they gradually decreased it's size until Aerometus could be apprehended. Upon being taken to the League, Aerometus was put through several tests. His species was completely unknown to the summoners, as were his heritage and even how old he was. All they got out of him was his name. Being a creature of speed, it wasn't very long before Aerometus was able to escape his captors. However, the summoners anticipated this, and using additional barriers, led him to Summoners Rift, where they lay a massive Barrier around it, trapping him once more and treating the Rift as a habitat. After some persuasion, Aerometus agreed to be summoned in battle so the Summoners could study him.

Appearance: About 2 feet tall. Has a humanoid body with snow-white skin. His eyes are similar to large cat eyes. Also has a cat-like nose and gigantic cat ears. Has a very long tail with a enormous hook at the end that can easily snatch up a human. His feet have 3 toes with talons and his hands are similar to cat paws, however he has no fur and no paw pads or claws. Under his arms and connecting to the base of his heels is a large membrane with a very large eye design on it.

Role: Assassin

Durability: Squishier than Anivia, very low base HP, very little HP regen, and even lower Armor/MR.

Abilities:

Passive: Frictionless Body: Aerometus gains 1% additional movement speed for every 250 units he travels, either from abilities or just moving, up to a maximum of 100% If Aerometus has 600 movement speed and has been out of combat for 6 seconds, he becomes stealthed until he attacks.

Q: Glare Claws: Passive: Aerometus takes 5% additional damage from enemy champions Aerometus fires out an energy bolt from the eyes on his wings, which travels in a line. If the projectile hits an enemy, that enemy takes magic damage and is feared for 1 second. If the hit enemy was a champion, Aerometus will fly at that champion and deal physical damage.

W: Jump Scare: Passive: Aerometus takes 5% additional damage from enemy champions Aerometus dashes through targetted enemy champion, dealing physical damage and slowing them and dashing the difference in distance past the champion. (If he traveled 500 units to hit the target, he will travel a total of 1000 units with the target in the middle)

E: Glide: Passive: Aerometus takes 5% additional damage from enemy champions. Aerometus glides a medium distance, ignoring all crowd control, but gets slowed by 25% for 2 seconds after casting.

R: Extreme Speed: Aerometus vanishes into thin air. After 2 seconds, he can strike an enemy from the shadows, dealing magic damage, but also marking himself. While marked, Aerometus takes 75% additional damage from enemies.
