Champion Concept- Ria the soul stolen
Ria is a little girl, of similar stature to Annie. She has a Yasuo ponytail, accept it falls down naturally. Spirits float around her.
Passive: Soul Summons: Every 20/17/14/11 sec (Based on ult) a ghost spawns on a random location on the map, that only you can see. The ghost will not spawn in lane before the 5 minute mark and it will not spawn in the enemy base. You can have a maximum of five ghosts on the battlefield. Each ghost has 10% of your max hp and deals 3% of their target's max hp in true damage every second. If you get in a ghost's vision, the ghost will attack you, until you run away far enough or kill it. Upon killing a ghost, you enslave its soul, making it visible, and causing it to follow you and aiding with your attacks and abilities.
Q: Spirit Plague: Send a spirit to attack a target for three seconds, dealing 70/130/190/250/310 (+90% ap) magic damage over the duration. The target is also slowed by 15/25/35/45/55% (+5% per 100 ap) over the duration. If a spirit aids in your attack, it will send an additional ghost that instead of damaging an enemy, marks them. If you basic attack a marked enemy, you will deal 30/60/90/120/150 (+15% ap) bonus magic damage. The mark stacks, increasing in amount per ghost. The efficiency for more marks then 1 at a time is 50% Max charges: 1/1/2/2/3 charges Charge cooldown: 20 sec Cooldown: 0.1 sec Cost: 90 mana
W: Steal essence: Creates a tether between you and an enemy, lasting 3 sec. If the tether lasts for its full duration, the tethered target takes 80/140/200/240/280 (+80% ap) magic damage and is silenced for 1.5/2/2.5/3/3.5 seconds. If your attack is aided by a spirit, you deal 60/90/120/150/180 (+25% ap) magic damage over the duration. Additional ghosts deal 50% damage. In addition, for each ghost that aided you, you permanently gain 1 spell damage (not ap). Cooldown:25 sec Cost: 100 mana
E: Split Host: Ria splits herself into body and soul. You control her body how you would click normally and her soul with alt-click. Her body is immune to magic damage and her soul is immune to physical damage. Neither form can deal damage. Each has 20/40/60/80/100% increased move speed. Upon casting, each of these is invulnerable for 2 sec. This lasts for 4/6/8/10/12 sec. Reactivate to either reform at her body or her soul. It automatically reforms her at her body at the end of its duration. Each spirit that is helping you reduces all cc affects on you by 3/5/7/10/15%. Cooldown: 20/23/26/29/32 seconds Cost: 100 mana
R: Waves of Agony: Ria releases 4 waves of pain that each deal 200/300/400 (+25% ap) magic damage and mark an enemy. The first wave makes a red mark. The next makes a green mark. The third makes a blue mark. The last detonates the marks, providing cc based on which ones were detonated. Red-Blind. Green-Rooted. Blue-Silenced. The cc lasts 1.5/3/4.5 seconds. Each spirit causes the waves to slow by 10% and deal 15% of their damage as true damage. Cool: 120/100/80 sec Cost: 200 mana
