No the watchers are the masters who gave Lissandra and her sisters their power , Lissandra isnt a watcher , she is an Iceborn immortal witch. We dont know anything about the watchers , or how they look like .

So it would be nice if we actually got to see the watchers* there we go. xD

Don't assume it's a new champ. It's not likely to happen at all.

Oh? I think it's most likely to happen.

Teasers for Bard were placed on Summoners Rift, setting precedence
A laugh for Tahm Kench was an interaction on Summoners Rift (laugh in the River), setting precedence.
Said Champion would be coming out 8.19, which is after the Worlds Patch (aka: it's OK for Riot to release someone new again)
Meddler mentioned that the delay between champions was going to be longer between Tahm and the next champion because of Worlds. It was strongly implied that shortly after the Worlds Patch the next champion would be released.
