Win rate alone does not mean a champion is good or bad like in diamond+ she has 50% win rate, 42% playrate and a 31% ban rate her play and ban rate bothing being the highest out of all the adcs she has a bad early game but its not the worst early game out of all the adc and she has by far the best late game out of all the adcs its also hard to build vs her since she can use ad and ap like she is the best adc in the game period and to say she's bad since her winrate is low just shows you can not think on your own.

Of course win rates alone doesn't give you the full picture. Just look at Yi, his win rate is crap, even though he is one of the most over powered champions against most match ups. It's just certain counter picks counter him so hard that he becomes dead weight.
Kai'Sa is in a similar situation. She can easily overpower most match ups, but against certain champions, she becomes dead weight. But what sets her apart from Yi is that you can pick a marksmen or a support that counters her and reduce her odds of winning.
