what r u talking about?? the costume and all is perfect, face has been made a bit 'cuter' anime style but, hey, it works and looks adorable [sg-lux]
Yep. She's basically been made kawaii here!
kawaii
Don't steal words from Japanese like that, it's honestly super disrespectful.
That said, yeah this drawing is really cute and I must say that I like it and I like the artist.
Sushi. Bonsai. Haiku. Origami. Kimono. Karate. Tofu. Samurai.
That's just off the top of my head. I'm so disrespectful. Seriously, though, using kawaii in this context is perfectly fine. The Japanese aren't offended. I promise.
All of those examples are of concepts which literally came from Japanese culture. It makes perfect sense to call them that.
We already have a word for cute, the concept of cuteness didn't originate in Japanese culture.
Stealing the word "kawaii" to stuff in the middle of an English sentence is appropriation of culture where it's both unnecessary and obsessive.
I'm a fan of anime and of Japanese culture, but stealing a word when it's not needed just to pretend to be more Japanese is honestly super cringy.
If someone likes Japanese enough to take words from it, they should put the effort in and actually learn the language, stealing words from it without giving due respect to the actual original language is like shallowly believing in a cause. They like the idea of it but they aren't willing to actually immerse themselves in it.
"They like the idea of it but they aren't willing to actually immerse themselves in it."
It's offensive, and cringey.
If you're offended by this, your skin must be made of tissue paper.
Not me, others. And regardless it's super irritating. If you care about the culture then do it right. Sprinkling "kawaii" into English sentences is like showing up to rallies, but then when it comes time to donate to the cause, just going MIA. Actions speak louder than words.
One doesn't have to completely immerse themselves in a country to enjoy a part of its culture.
I like tacos and took Spanish in high school, but that doesn't mean I'm going to move to Mexico.
Anime is a massive part of internet culture. As a result, certain words from the Japanese language have worked their way into daily use through memes.
Omae wa mou Shindeiru. Nani? B-b-b-b-b-bakana! "All according to Keikaku"
Hell, Kawaii is even applicable in this case. Not only is it a "Cute drawing", it's clearly in the style of an Anime character.
Meh, alright. It's still super cringey when people stuff words like "kawaii" into English sentences though.

Her face has been made more like that of child. A child with really large chest. Looks more creepy and p-bear to me than cute.
Someone hates anime [sg-lux-2]
I don't hate anime, I've seen some animes where adult women were drawn so that they actually seemed adult.

who doesnt?[sg-lulu]
Don't watch it, I just love the art style.
In the new lore she fought off Noxus at 15. So maybe this is just a younger rendition

i suppose thats your opinion :) idk, maybe its because i personally cant make art nearly as good as that lol
Exactly what Velzard of Koz said, plus her outfit colors are totally messed up.
I daresay I've found my new waifu.
