Why did Singed get a new skin in this batch?

He's an awful, outdated champion no one including Riot likes. Remember the terror of season 3 and how Riot has kept Singed at arm's length from competitive play because they can't seem to get rid of him.

So I'm just not really sure why they give him that amazing Plague Doctor skin just released and not give that to Mundo in particular. I mean, if a champion like Singed can still get skins every now and then (he got that SSW one not too long ago) why can't you give Yorick one?

Singed already had his full visual update , where have you been? Mundo is the one who is horribly outdated

Because the one Singed main at Riot made a deal to forego his Christmas bonus if they made and gifted him with a Black Scourge skin for Singed.

cause the new items are awesome on him. Skin looks like crap though ingame. The only cool part is his mask and his shield blocks in it ingame lol

Because Riot is waiting on Yorick's rework before releasing a new skin for him.
