Well according to the two top Tryndamere players on NA (BoxerPete and Foggedftw1 and 2), you can beat a Teemo. Only thing is you have to do it at level 1 or 2. If you can't, then you have to play safe and just outscale. If you die and fall behind, you can't do anything. A decent Tryndamere player can easily beat a Teemo if the Teemo player isn't good with Teemo (which a lot of people do because they think it's a hard counter).
Yes, I am aware of the very narrow window of opportunity to beat Teemo through cheesing him at levels one or two, but see, you say that a decent Trynd can easily beat Teemo if the Teemo player isn't good at Teemo?
Uhhh, so what, lol?
Why are we using an example of a good Trynd against a bad Teemo as relevant when discussing how the champion's kits interact in laning?
If the Teemo is actually good at Teemo and knows how to play him there is very little that Tryndamere can do but try to play safe and outscale. Good Teemo players typically aren't dumb enough to get cheesed at level 1 or 2.
