Passive - Cocoon Caretaker: When Elise kills an enemy in her web, they leave behind a cocoon. When Elise enters her Spider form, the cocoons burst open, summoning spiderlings, 1 spiderling for minions, 2 spiderlings for large minions, and 3 spiderlings for large monsters and enemy champions. When the cocoons burst open, they leave behind webs, which slows and grounds enemies in it. The Spiderlings deal bonus magic damage on hit, and heal Elise for the magic damage they deal.

  • Spider Queen: When enough cocoons are around Elise, if she makes an attack against an enemy, she will transform into her Spider. If Elise's health drops below 25% in human form, she will instantly transform and Rappel into the air for a few seconds. Elise's Spider form has bonus health, attack speed, and movement speed.

  • When Elise's Spiderlings are all dead, she will transform back after a few seconds.

Q - Neurotoxin: Elise enhances her next basic attack with pheromones, dealing bonus magic damage. The attack target is marked with pheromones for several seconds.

  • Volatile Spiderlings: While marked with pheromones are in proximity of a cocoon, it will cause the spiderlings to burst out, lunging at the target, and exploding on contact, dealing magic damage based on the target's current health, and crippling the target for a few seconds, reducing their attack and movement speed. Each spiderling after the first deals reduced damage, but the cripple effect stacks, increasing the effect, not the duration.

Q - Spider Queen - Venomous Bite: Elise gains bonus attack range on her next basic attack and she will dash to her target, dealing bonus magic damage based on the target's missing health. All active Spiderlings will dash to the target. For a few seconds after, Elise gains bonus healing from all sources.

W - Skittering Frenzy - Both: Elise and her spiderlings gain bonus attack and movement speed for 3 seconds. Any nearby cocoons will release their spiderlings. After a spiderlings attacks an enemy champion 3 times, they will attach to the enemy champion, dealing magic damage to them over time and causing them to flee. The flee can be ended early if the spiderlings are attacked off of the enemy champion, by one of their allies or a turret. A turret shot will remove all spiderlings at once.

E - Spinning Webs - First Cast: Elise throws out a ball of webs in a target direction, which explodes on the first enemy hit, entangling the target for 2 seconds. Around the target is covered in webs, slowing and grounding all enemies standing in it, which lingers for 30 seconds.

  • Razor Web - Second Cast: Elise can recast this ability before the ball of webs hits a target, causing the ball to explode, leaving webs behind where it exploded and causing an invisible thread to be stretched from one wall to another, it's distance is limited. Enemy champions who walk though it will be slowed and bleed, dealing physical damage over time for a few seconds. After, the thread will turn red and only remain for a few seconds. The effect is repeated on the next champion that walks into the thread, but if the first champion walks into the bloodied thread, they are entangled and the bleed is refreshed.

E - Spider Queen - Rappel - First Cast: Elise lifts up into the air, becoming untargetable for up to 2 seconds and revealing the area for the duration. If Elise targets an enemy with a basic attack, she will descend upon them after 1 second.

  • Spider's Domain - Second Cast: Elise can drop up to 3 cocoons on target location by recasting this ability. Each cocoon is also surrounded by webs.

R - Prey on Strings: Elise Rappels for a few seconds, coating a large area around her in webs, grounding and slowing all enemies. All champions who have died are lifted back to their feet by Elise's webs. For the next 7/8/9 seconds, Elise commands all champions that die in her web by recasting this ability.

Think her ult would be cooler if she summons cocoons around her that open up to give her more spiderlings, and then those explode like her W... then if an enemy dies, it stacks her AP infinitely!

I think this would be a cool champion by itself. I don't think Elise needs a rework, and League can use another Spider Champion.

The concept is unique enough to not have Elise attached to it. Could be a Spider Broodmother, or just a Spider Caretaker.

EFFECT/THEME What I got from this, was the theme of Spider who summons more Spiders, which comes across well from the abilities and move set.

R - Prey on Strings: I like the concept of coating the area in webs and using the dead bodies to create enemies, but controlling the champions ruins your theme of surrounding the area with Spiders. I think you should rework it so it fits with the theme of Spiders and Webs.

Q - I think this idea should be scrapped because it's basically Elise's. The concept works better as its YOUR own champion. You can take some of the clutter of the other abilities and put it onto Q to get the effects and theme you want.

Passive - I think if you take away the transforming into a spider, you could have focus more on the unique abilities you already have. And add more to her kit because you'll have more room to work with, without trying to incorporate the transforming.
