@Riot if you won't change 750 skins, lets clear something up.

The Debonair skin line didn't start as a 750 line. Debonair Jayce was 975 and has features the other Debonair skins do not. You guys are adamantly refusing to upgrade 750 skins, but it confuses me when I look at Debonair Jayce who's supposedly part of a 750 tier skin line. Was Debonair Jayce a special case?
