Intro: The Locriktus Swarm isn’t so much a collective force of like minded hive mind insects as it is a parasite that wishes to use the insects to achieve its own goals, each insect itself is actually fighting its own battle to break free from the parasites control and live its own life.

Themes: Infestation, Omnipresent, Endless, Legion.

Game Play: The Locriktus' abilities allow the player to control many different areas with groups of the swarm. Basically its similar to a kind of Ice Climbers game play on steroids. Instead of there being teamwork between two units to combat the enemies, Locriktus offers a game play that incorporates an entire swarm across the entire map. Their effectiveness will depend on the players ability to effectively spread the Infestation and manage the spacial control of the areas that are Infested.

#Important Champion Stats + Info Ranged: 575 - a smaller Locriktus will appear 350 units away from the target unit to jump at them. Health: 200-1250 Mana: 398 – 1000 Hit Box: 75x65

The Player only issues Move Commands and AA Commands to the Locriktus currently being controlled. At Game start ONE Locriktus will spawn at base. This will be the MAIN Locriktus that abilities originate from.

Passive: Silence of the Locriktus https://imgur.com/a/DMrjs Locriktus have infested the rift. After 120 sec of game start, every so often players will see them hopping about, and Allied champs can hear them chirping constantly. Within 775 units of enemies champions, Locriktus will hide and become silent, inside this radius no one can hear the Locriktus. If an enemy champion remains still for 2.25 sec, the Locriktus will become Calmed and ignore the enemy champ, resuming chirping and visibility. If the enemy champion resumes movement or enters combat after the Locriktus within 775 units were Calmed, they will be Alerted causing them to hop up and down.

Q - Infestation Outbreak:=====Range: Unit Targeted-350=====Cost:???=====CD:??? https://imgur.com/a/ejif6 Active: All Locriktus (including the "main") within 775 units of the player controlled Locriktus will dash to the target unit when the main Locriktus is within 350 units of the target unit, Infesting them. Enemy: Locriktus deals damage, and Infests them: calling any Upsurge Locriktus within 2750 units to target, and reveal, and deal DoT to the target as long as they maintain contact for 5 sec. Upsurge Locriktus always deal DoT to enemies they pass. Each Upsurge Locriktus source has its own AoE, these AoE’s can stack damage. Allies: Leaves a 100 unit Upsurge Locriktus cloud around them for 120 sec, increasing their resistances by 2/4/6/8/10%. Infested Allies are granted 2/4/6/8/10% bonus MS toward Infested units or AoEs within 775 units. Neutral: Leaves a 100 unit Upsurge Locriktus cloud around the unit for 120 sec. If the Neutral unit is attacked, the Upsurge Locriktus on the Neutral unit will Infest the attacker. Locriktus can dash to a Nest granting it the Neutral Infested buff.

W - Nest/Swarm: Nest:=======Range: 800/75/300/Upsurge=====Cost:???=====CD: 38/33/28/23/18 https://imgur.com/a/py7LY Locriktus create a Nest at a target location, that builds up power over 12 sec. Can be cast at a Upsurge AoE, reducing the delay by 6 sec, consuming the Upsurge AoE. If any champ walks on a Nest, or if Locriktus clicks on one after 0.75 sec, it bursts, dealing damage in an AoE, and releasing Upsurge Locriktus. Upsurge Locriktus will instantly target the nearest enemy champions then neutral units (prioritizing lowest HP) with 325 MS within a sight radius of 775 units dealing DoT within a 100 unit radius AoE. The initial burst damage and DoT duration both gain value based on how long the Nest developed. Max DoT duration is 5 sec. If seen by enemy champs, the Nest can be targeted and AA’d 3/4/4/5/6 times to destroy it. If the Upsurge Locriktus lose sight they will fly directly back to the player controlled Locriktus and Infest it. Nests last 4 min, can have up to 5.

Swarm:=====Range: 800/Self Cast/Nest/Upsurge=====Cost:???=====CD:??? https://imgur.com/a/i2Z2L While Nest is on CD, when cast Locriktus will begin gathering on the player controlled Locriktus. Can be cast from a Nest within 800 units without a delay, delaying the Nest’s build up duration by 6 sec. Can be cast from Upsurge within 800 units without a delay, consuming the Upsurge AoE. After a 2 sec delay all Locriktus become Swarm Locriktus and rise in a 250 unit wide, 450 unit long swath, with 400 MS and follow the cursor for 6 sec. Once enemies enter the AoE, they are Slowed and Nearsighted for 4 sec. The player controlled Locriktus can enter the Swarm Locriktus AoE to ride along. Entering a AA, and getting hit by Enemy champ AA or Abilities will cause the player controlled Locriktus to fall out.

E - Upsurge: Range: 1500/350 https://imgur.com/a/prS4h Locriktus will begin appearing and after a short delay gather in a target area on the ground. They will remain there for 30 sec. Additionally, all Upsurge Locriktus within 2750 units of the target area will also fly towards the target area damaging enemy units they pass. If an enemy champion walks into the area, the 3 Upsurge Locriktus100 unit AoEs will take flight in a line directly towards the nearest Ally Champ and Infect the Ally. The enemy champ will be slowed if they are Infested for the duration they are in an Upsurge Locriktus AoE. Can have 1 on the map at a time.

R - Endless Plague: === Cost: 350 mana + 1 Egg === Recharge Time: 120/75/30 Egg Reserve: 1/2/3 https://imgur.com/a/NrF5D Passive - One of Many: Can be learned at lvl 1. The player controlled Locriktus gains 10% (+4% per 10% bonus health) increased Health Regen while within 50 units of other Locriktus or Nests. Locriktus’ Health cannot be improved except through growth (lvl). Locriktus instead gains 2-40% (based on lvl) (+4% per 10% bonus health) as bonus Mana. The Locriktus stores a charge of Endless Plague egg periodically up to a max of 3. Passive: The Locriktus being controlled by the player is not the champion, it is one of many. The Plague of Locriktus is the champion. Whenever the player controlled Locriktus is killed, if a Upsurge Locriktus AoE, Nest, Swarm Locriktus, or Infested unit is within 1200 units, a new player controlled Locriktus will instantly jump 350 units towards the nearest enemy with 75% Health and the remaining Mana. Every Locriktus killed consumes 350 mana. If not enough eggs or mana is available the passive will not be available, and being killed again will cause all Locriktus within 775 units to die (and the passive will be deactivated in this area until Locriktus respawns), and/or have their duration depleted. Every new Locriktus loses the previous Locriktus’ allied/neutral buffs, but maintains all tethers if within range and retains any enemy debuffs/ DoTs.

#Lore The Locriktus used to embody good fortune, prosperity and abundance. Where ever they appear their arrival was joyously celebrated. The Locriktus possessed a unique quality: They had a symbiotic relationship with many food crops on Runeterra. They would cover fields upon fields. In exchange for allowing the Locriktus to enjoy the crops pollen and nectar and a small portion of any young fruiting buds, the Locriktus pollinated the foods crops.

This relationship between man, plant, and Locriktus has lasted for as long as man has been cultivating huge fields of edible plants.

But recently it appears that the Locriktus have become victim of a vicious parasite that takes control of the Locriktus conciseness and controls them. Now instead of benevolent pollination Locriktus have begun Infesting every corner of Runeterra in unknown numbers.

They are everywhere and no one knows why.

Skins: Hextech Nanite Locriktus - All Locriktus become grayish white with black lines connecting red nodes and red eyes, and take on a robotic tech look. Blight Crystal Locriktus

Locriktus is prononced: Low-crik-tus

So... basically you don't necessarily control a single moving entity, but rather spread little areas of influence which basically let you be in multiple places at once but not move as much?

How would you even kill this?

Thinking about changing their name to Argoth because the Lockritus resemble the new Argoth from the new Demacian stories a lot, perhaps I should make anew post?
