New Item: Blade of the Cosmos (AP/AS)

We only have 2 atk speed item for mages and they are and I would like to suggest a 3rd as ap item. The item name will be called " Blade of the Cosmos". This item is design to open up more split pushing opportunity for mages.

Item require= + + 45% Attack Speed 75 Ability Power 10 magic pen Passive: 10% CDR Active: Convert 50% of your ap into a shield that last for 5sec are until it is destroyed. Cooldown 60sec
