Its probably Zed. He is in desperate need of a new skin. Plus he would fit the theme perfectly, possibly having his shadows be replaced with holograms or something.

I thought the theme was to pay homage to the characters from Metal Gear Rising. Yasuo is Jetstream Sam leaving Monsoon, Mistral, and Sundowner left. Riven would take Raiden's place due to how she fits the rivalry that Raiden and Jestream Sam had. But since Riven is getting Arcade we'd be getting one of the remaining Four Winds left. Sadly Zed doesn't fit any of the characters listed.

Watch it be Zed though and not follow the theme XD
