Think about it, we have four cosmic skins...

Cosmic Reaver - Mid Cosmic Blade - Jungle Cosmic Dusk Xayah- ADC Cosmic Dawn Rakan- Support

They need a top laner, and somebody tanky to bolster up their team. Cosmic Lord Shen, a skin opportunity that would be perfect because our resident Shenpai hasn't gotten a skin in a while.

I would love to see that. Who else would?

I think Shen would make an interesting toplaner for the Cosmic skins; I'm sure it'd be really pretty. I wonder if the Cosmic, Dark Star, and Star Guardian skins are all in the same alternative universe, though.
