Bubbo, the Condiment Man
Bubbo is a dude who uses condiments to attack his enemies.
Passive: Stains- Every other attack deals 20/40/60/80/100/120/140/160(+30% AP) bonus magic damage and slows the target by 20% for 1 second.
Q: Ketchup Splatter- Hurls a bottle of ketchup to a location, dealing 70/110/150/190/230(+90% AP) magic damage to enemies in the area. (Note: This ability kind of works like Urgot's E) Enemies are also slowed for 2 seconds by 1% for every 1% health they're missing. Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 mana Cooldown: 9/8/7/6/5 seconds Range: 800
W: Mustard Blast- Sprays a blast of mustard in a cone in front of Bubbo, dealing 75/120/165/210/255(+75% AP) magic damage over 3 seconds to enemies hit. If enemies hit are under the effects of crowd control, they are also silenced for 1.5 seconds. Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 mana Cooldown: 12/11/10/9/8 seconds Range: 450
E: Unstable Salt- Creates an unstable form of salt at a target location that erupts after 1 second, dealing 40/75/110/145/180(+50% AP) magic damage and stunning enemies hit for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds. Enemies hit have their magic resistance reduced by 10% for the duration of the stun. Cost: 80 mana Cooldown: 17/16/15/14/13 seconds Range: 600
Ultimate: Hold the Mayo- Mayo bursts from Bubbo, dealing 200/325/450(+100% AP) magic damage to nearby enemies and slowing them by 15/25/35% for 3 seconds. The slow ramps up over time, getting all the way up to 60/70/80% at the last second. Cost: 100/125/150 mana Cooldown: 110/90/70 seconds Range: 500
Lore: Bubbo and his family once owned a condiment shop in Ionia. Then, one day, a crocodile came out of nowhere and devoured his family. Later, he realized that the crocodile was actually Renekton. Seeking revenge, he sought out Renekton, and joined the League in pursuit. Now, he waits for his moment to strike.
Items:
Rabadons is a good item as it gives a ton of AP. Bubbo has really good scalings, so this will benefit him greatly.
Lich Bane can be used is some circumstances. It works well with his passive, as you can use an ability and then auto attack for a bunch of damage.
Zhonyas is a good item for pretty much any squishy caster, as is gives AP, armor, and an awesome active ability.
Liandrys grants health and offensive stats, and the passive scales well with his Mustard Blast and can help when dealing with tanks.
Morellos grants a lot of AP and other stats that make it very cost efficient. Plus, it's a good read.
This item can be used in some situations. It gives AP, move speed, and a cool passive.
Guardian Angel is really useful for well, not dying.
