An excellent Skin idea for Bard (RIOT PLS)

Crazy Cat Lady Bard (name is negotiable. the inspiration is obvious.)

I'm not entirely sure on the ideas for Bard himself, but Maybe a Kitty mask? I mean, he's super cute already, and this skin would send him over the top. And thematically, it works. Bard does what he wants just like a cat. Cute but can and will attack.

Meeps are gonna be little cat spirits or just cats/kittens. This might require a new particle effect, but instead of the flash of light they currently have, maybe a little slash effect so that it's conveyed that they attack, rather than bard is tossing kittens. They'll have little meep sounds, but all of them are purrs or meows. (i.e. cute hello meows, chirping at prey, etc.)

His Shrines can be litter boxes. HEAR ME OUT! In keeping with the fun and cute theme of this skin, The loading process for his shrine would be a scoop going through the litter box and when it's out or to the end, the health shrine is ready to be used. (GET IT?)

His Journey tunnel could have a dangley cat toy (you know, the feather/mouse/fuzzball on a string that cats swat at tirelessly?) at the entrance instead of just the typical round tunnel.

Don't really have any** ideas for Cosmic Binding** particles or anything.

**Chimes **along the map can be sleeping cats (he's gotta save all the strays) Or bags of food (gotta feed that endless army of kitties) or something.

Maybe change some of his musical noises with cat tones? or cat sounds?

I really, really LOVE Bard as a champion and a character. I also really, really, really love cats. The internet does too. (Meowkai OP, Caturday, Nidalee, Rengar, Kitty Kat Katarina, Wicked Lulu, etc.) I would pay all kinds of money for this skin. (I've purchased some pretty expensive ones because they're wicked... and this would be an instant buy for me.)
