[Client] Lags through champ select, can't select champ when it's my turn.

After Hecarim locked, His picture never went away. He also doesn't show up as locked in. Cait's champ select didn't change until she hit the 20 second mark. but everyone from Cait to Alistar had already locked in. (that's quite a few to lag through. But i don't think it was lag.) I couldn't even bring up my champ select menu. So my hands were tied. :( Any help would be appreciated on this. I hope it was just me and not a client issue.
