@Riot - How about a Skin Poll?

I know this is likely unable to happen, but why not have a skin polled for release? There are many champions that get spammed for wanting new skins.. Most recently was Zac and Zed, now it's heavily centered around Diana.

Would it be possible to say, post a list of Skin names/pictures of concepts y'all have already come up with and have the community vote on their favorite one for you to create as soon as possible? No promises on a timeline exactly, but just so it gets the community involved and they feel like they have some kind of say in skin releases instead of the typical "we can't reveal what may or may not be in the works."
