Will old legendary skins get some love?

I have nunu bot, corporate mundo, gentleman chogath begging for some rework. Its a damn shame riot cannot put a little of effort on skins STILL sold as legendary status with a price of 1820 RP.

would cost more money and tencent won't allow them to do anything for fans. It's why Udyr's rework has a 25$ price tag.
