New Bilgewater Champion- Skurr, Captain of the Ruckus (edited ultimate)

If you read on him before and didn't like him, give him a try now. Much of his "Pirate Boarding" has been edited for simplicity and viability. His back story is now more descriptive, with ties to champions. Even his stats have been adjusted. Click the link to review the new and improved Skurr.
