[Rework Concept] Lissandra, the Ice Witch
Passive - Iceborn Familiars: When Lissandra's abilities pass over an allied unit, or allied champion, or they enter Lissandra's spell's area of effect, they become corrupted by Black Ice for a few seconds. Allies corrupted with Black Ice cause their attacks and abilities to Brittle their targets, as well as deal a portion of Lissandra's ability power as magic bonus damage. An enemy can't become Brittle by an Iceborn Familiar more than once every several seconds.
Q - Glacial Path: Lissandra casts a claw of ice that moves forward in a line, dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through. Reactivating Glacial Path consumes the claw and blinks Lissandra to its final location.
- Beauty of Frost - Passive: Lissandra creates an ice sculpture of herself at the end of the Glacial Path, or if she recasted Glacial Path, the ice sculpture appears where she was before she recast the Glacial Path. If an enemy attacks the ice sculpture, the sculpture explodes, dealing magic damage and rooting all enemies around the sculpture.
W - Ring of Frost: Lissandra freezes all nearby enemies, dealing them magic damage and briefly rooting them.
E - Visions of Ice: Lissandra roots herself as she lifts a giant eye of ice into the sky, increasing her vision range. After a second, she can recast Visions of Ice to hurl the giant eye at a target location, dealing magic damage, and stunning enemies it crashes into.
- Eye for an Eye: An enemy Volibear becomes blinded and his vision is reduced while he is stunned.
R - Frozen Tomb - Enemy Cast: Lissandra freezes the target enemy champion, stunning the target for 1.5 seconds.

Self/Ally Cast: Lissandra entombs herself or an allied champion, placing them in stasis for 2.5 seconds while healing over the duration.

Spreading of Black Ice: Black Ice spreads from Frozen Tomb's target and lasts for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the area as it expands, and slowing them while they remain within.
