[Rework Concept] Lissandra, the Ice Witch

Passive - Iceborn Familiars: When Lissandra's abilities pass over an allied unit, or allied champion, or they enter Lissandra's spell's area of effect, they become corrupted by Black Ice for a few seconds. Allies corrupted with Black Ice cause their attacks and abilities to Brittle their targets, as well as deal a portion of Lissandra's ability power as magic bonus damage. An enemy can't become Brittle by an Iceborn Familiar more than once every several seconds.

Q - Glacial Path: Lissandra casts a claw of ice that moves forward in a line, dealing magic damage to all enemies it passes through. Reactivating Glacial Path consumes the claw and blinks Lissandra to its final location.

  • Beauty of Frost - Passive: Lissandra creates an ice sculpture of herself at the end of the Glacial Path, or if she recasted Glacial Path, the ice sculpture appears where she was before she recast the Glacial Path. If an enemy attacks the ice sculpture, the sculpture explodes, dealing magic damage and rooting all enemies around the sculpture.

W - Ring of Frost: Lissandra freezes all nearby enemies, dealing them magic damage and briefly rooting them.

E - Visions of Ice: Lissandra roots herself as she lifts a giant eye of ice into the sky, increasing her vision range. After a second, she can recast Visions of Ice to hurl the giant eye at a target location, dealing magic damage, and stunning enemies it crashes into.

  • Eye for an Eye: An enemy Volibear becomes blinded and his vision is reduced while he is stunned.

R - Frozen Tomb - Enemy Cast: Lissandra freezes the target enemy champion, stunning the target for 1.5 seconds.

  • Self/Ally Cast: Lissandra entombs herself or an allied champion, placing them in stasis for 2.5 seconds while healing over the duration.

  • Spreading of Black Ice: Black Ice spreads from Frozen Tomb's target and lasts for 3 seconds, dealing magic damage to all enemies in the area as it expands, and slowing them while they remain within.

i LOVE the sculpture idea, i hope riot will see this. it would be really cool against those champs with annoying aoes. It could be cool if reactivating ability early blinks you but if you reactivate other ability the sculpture appears where claw currently is, that way you can block spells

P: better than current would probably be alright overall

q: ok multiple issues here:

  1. why didnt you just keep this on e and make changes to it there? If youre deleting her current q what sense did it make to move her current e to q just to add to it while making a completely new skill on e. Thats just dumb.
    
  2. idk why mordred likes this sculpture idea it seems very useless and if anything just works against her in most cases because it makes her targeted location much more noticable. Most people who would be in range for it to root will be fleeing and not attacking it anyways. The only semblance of viability i see from adding the sculpture is if it would absorb any tracked projectiles that she acquired before blinking after she blinks (its really annoying to magically teleport many units away only to be killed by something like an arrow because it somehow curved in flight to follow you).
    
  3. You literally deleted her most important skill when you removed q. Q is where her waveclear and much of her current damage comes from and you replaced it either with a long cooldown skill meant for mobility or with your new e which is slow to activate and roots her while she uses it  🤨.
    

w: same, fine

e: i like the stun ability but instead of mandatory root just allow her to recast it and have it slow instead. Then she can choose between self root and enemy stun or just enemy slow. Also seems pretty senseless to make this e when her original e is made q for no reason as i said above.

r: same ult which is nice, i very much like how it can be allied cast. Thats a very nice effect, especially imo since i main liss supp. On enemy cast are you keeping the cast time or making it instant?

Overall: I like your e idea but it really doesnt have room in her kit. She needs her old q for consistent damage output and waveclear. your changes to glacial path seem relatively useless. I think perhaps you could turn your e into her old e by allowing her to gain the vision and charge the stun while the claw is traveling, then she has to play more riskily by only being able to land the stun by going through with the dive though overall this might make her have too much cc. I do like the changes to the ult as well as the vision on e, it makes her significantly more viable as a support.
