Skarner Skarner the Furious Stinger

Strengths:

Abilities:

(Passive) Crystal Slash If Skarner damages an enemy with a basic attack, he bursts every 2 (- 0.25 per 25% bonus attack speed) seconds, dealing 8 (+ 4 per level) (+ 35% bonus AD) (+ 40% AP) magic damage and applying a 1 second slow of 20% (+5% every 5th level, up to level 13) to all enemies in a 350 unit radius around him. The magic damage deals 150% damage against monsters with a total of 12 (+ 6 per level) (+ 52,5% bonus AD) (+ 60% AP).

Additionally, Skarner's basic attacks deal 10 (+ 15 every 6th level) (+ 15% AD) (+ 30% AP) bonus physical damage against targets affected by CC.

(Q) Fracture Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10 | Cost: 55 Mana | Target Range: 1000 Skarner launches a shockwave of crystal energy in the target direction, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit, slowing them for 2.5 seconds and marking them with Crystal Venom for 5 seconds.

Skarner's next basic attack against a target with Crystal Venom consumes the mark to deal them bonus physical damage and stun them for 1.25 seconds as well as reducing the cooldown of Fracture by 0.5 seconds.

  • Magic Damage: 40/65/90/115/140 (+ 40% AP)

  • Bonus Physical Damage: 5/10/15/20/25 (+ 40/45/50/55/60% AD)

(W) Crystalline Exoskeleton Cooldown (if not destroyed): 0.5 | Cooldown (if destroyed): 15/13/11/9/7 | Cost: 60 Mana Skarner shields himself while gaining bonus movement speed if running towards a visible enemy champion.

Skarner can reactivate Crystalline Exoskeleton to lay down the shield and charging it up over a short time. If the shield gets destroyed, it will go on cooldown.

  • Shield: 10/11/12/13/14% maximum health (+ 50% AD) (+ 50% AP)

(E) Crystal Spire Cooldown: 40/33/26/19/12 | Cost: 20 Mana | Target Range: 465 | Effect Radius: 1150 | Spire Size: 360 Skarner places a spire in the target location for 30 seconds. Enemies directly beneath the spire are knocked 245 units away.

Being near a spire grant Skarner bonus adaptive force, bonus resistances penetration and regenerates 2% maximum mana each second.

If the spires expire or an enemy destroys it with basic attacks, Crystal Spire will be set on cooldown. Skarner can click on the spire to channel for 0.75 seconds. After channeling successfully, he destroys the spire and puts Crsytal Spire on a 4 seconds cooldown.

  • Bonus Adaptive Force: 4/10/16/22/28 (+ 4 per level)

(R) Impale Cooldown: 120/100/80 | Cost: 100 Mana | Target Range: 350 Skarner deals physical and magic damage to the target enemy and drags them around for 2 seconds. At the end of the duration, the target takes the same damage again.

  • Mixed Damage: 60/110/160 (+ 50% AD) (+ 50% AP)
  • Total Mixed Damage: 120/220/320 (+ 100% AD) (+ 100% AP)
