I was thinking about making a concept about new card game based on LoL champions, items, locations and other lore stuff (not whole game, because i don't know how to program and stuff).
Would anyone be interested? Should i put time into it or nah?
You don't have any game concept. You just have the vague idea of stamping teemo's face on a card. Bringing an "art" concept don't help making the actual card game fun.
Here is my tip, make a card game about colorful dolphins. Once you'll have a great and enjoyable card game THEN you should consider switching your green dolphin by a teemo's face. Going the other way around could lead to serious deception. What make a good game is the game mechanics, not the lore.
