[Dec 2014 MCCC] Kra, Historian of Eternity

Kra, Historian of Eternity

Ex-Ionian chronicler who turned to the Void to survive what he sees as the inevitable destruction of Runeterra. He documents the lives of all Runeterrans in his extradimensional Library, preserving their memory after the end.

A melee champion with no mobility and no movement impairing abilities, but a kit that rewards players for attacking the tank and the ability to initiate over walls.

#Model

Kra is an Ionian historian who sacrificed himself to the Void, assuming a demonic voidform. He still wears the remnants of his Ionian upper class garb, contrasting with his long claws and sharp spines, dragging several large tomes behind him on moonstone and jade chains. He has a melee claw attack enhanced with void magic.

When affected by a movement speed steroid, he runs on hands and feet like an alien xenomorph. When recalling, he summons and opens a giant tome which contains a drawing of Kra and several trees, then erases the trees and draws a fountain.

Skin Arclight Kra - Messenger of the word, clad in holy scriptures and scrolls exalting the first light.

#Abilities

http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140606111256/diablo/images/8/84/IconSlowTime.png [Passive] Panopticon/Last Word

Panopticon When Kra stands still for 4 seconds without taking any action or receiving damage, he consults his Library for more information on the whereabouts of his enemies. This enables him to see through walls and gradually increases his sight range and the cast range of his abilities by +100 units per second (maximum +400; base sight range is 1200). Panopticon ends when he acts in any way or takes damage and has a 30 second cooldown.

Last Word Kra preserves the stories of his enemies' life and death in his Library and can act swiftly on that knowledge. He has 20% bonus attack speed when attacking an enemy champion, +4% for each kill or assist Kra has against that champion, up to a total of 60%. Five buff icons, one for each enemy champion, indicate the exact amount.

http://img2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140606105754/diablo/images/a/af/IconShockPulse.png [Q] Cross Reference Allied/enemy unit A swirl of pages appears above the target unit. Whenever Kra hits an enemy unit that is not the marked unit with an auto attack, a filament of void energy arcs from the unit that is being auto attacked to the marked unit, healing or damaging the marked unit depending on whether it is an ally or an enemy. If the marked target is an enemy, the transferred damage counts as an auto attack, triggering on-hit effects and masteries. The transfer has no range limit.

No effect when Kra auto attacks the marked target directly.

  • Cast range: 600
  • Duration: 3.0 seconds (+0.4 seconds each time the effect is triggered)
  • Physical damage to enemy: 30/35/40/45/50 (+0.8 bonus AD)
  • Health restored to ally: 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.4 bonus AD)
  • Mana cost: 60/65/70/75/80
  • Cooldown: 11.0/10.5/10.0/9.5/9.0 seconds

http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140606111700/diablo/images/f/f9/IconWaveForce.png [W] Skin Bound Passive Whenever Kra auto attacks an enemy unit, he surrounds himself with floating scrolls of protection. The scrolls glow with void energy, granting a shield. The shield stacks with itself, up to a certain strength limit, and disappears rapidly when Kra stops auto attacking. Auto attacking an enemy champion or large jungle monster grants more shield strength.

No target This ability can only be used within a certain amount of time after auto attacking an enemy unit. Kra unleashes the magic on his scrolls, cleansing crowd control effects from himself in a flash of void magic but disabling the passive during its cooldown as the scrolls turn to dust.

While this ability is on cooldown, its remaining cooldown is reduced when auto attacking enemy units, especially enemy champions and large jungle monsters.

  • Shield: Duration: 1.5 seconds (refreshed on each auto attack)
  • Shield: Strength per auto attack: 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.4 bonus AD) (+25% vs champions/large monsters)
  • Shield: Max strength: 50/75/100/125/150 (+1.5 bonus AD)
  • Cleanse: Can only be used within 1.5 seconds after auto attacking an enemy unit
  • Cleanse: Mana cost: 65/70/75/80/85
  • Cleanse: Cooldown: 20 seconds
  • Cleanse: Cooldown reduction per auto attack: 1 second (+0.5 seconds vs champions/large monsters)

http://img3.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20140205111805/diablo/images/5/56/Deadly_Reach.png [E] Bookends Enemy champion Kra summons a giant hovering tome at the location of the target champion, embossed with its champion select icon. Pressing the button again before the spell wears off causes the target to disappear and emerge from the tome with a blast of void energy, effectively returning the target to its original location. The void blast damages the target and nearby enemy units.

  • Cast range: 575
  • Duration: up to 1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2.0 seconds
  • Physical damage: 60/90/120/150/180 (+1.0 bonus AD)
  • Mana cost: 70/75/80/85/90
  • Cooldown: 18/17/16/15/14 seconds

http://img4.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20120216195822/diablo/images/2/2a/Earthquake.png [R] Blank Page Passive Increases the cast range bonus granted by Panopticon, but not its sight range bonus, by an additional +50/100/150 units per second (maximum +200/400/600).

No target The entire Summoner's Rift (or other map) is consumed by purple void energy emanating from Kra. After a short delay, the terrain is replaced with a featureless giant sheet of papyrus with walls drawn on it. Minions, monsters and buildings still exist on the papyrus surface. Champions can go anywhere unhindered by terrain until the ability ends, at which point the terrain becomes real again and champions standing on impassable terrain are shunted to the nearest open area.

  • Duration: 6 seconds
  • Cast delay: 1.5 seconds
  • Mana cost: 100
  • Cooldown: 140/100/60 seconds

#Gameplay

In the jungle Cross Reference and Skin Bound provide Kra with damage and sustain in the jungle. Skirmisher's Sabre is his preferred jungle item because it provides another source of cc to compensate for his lack of an engage.

Ganking In the early game, Kra has low base dps but strong cc, making ganks very effective as long as he can get into range, which is difficult without a gap closer or movement speed steroid.

He can gank by sitting in a bush or the jungle, using Panopticon to spot the enemy laner and casting Bookends from a distance, returning the target to its original location while he closes the gap. Alternatively, he can lane gank by using Panopticon to land Cross Reference and attacking the enemy creep wave, transferring unavoidable damage to the target, giving the laner an easy 1v1 and him an assist.

Teamfights As the game goes on, Kra transitions into a dps bruiser. Bookends is less useful during a stationary teamfight, but he should have a few Last Word stacks on everyone at this point and Cross Reference deals tons of damage with a few AD items.

While he cannot hard initiate, he can set up initiation opportunities for his team: Panopticon allows him to scope out the enemy and cast an ability on them from massive range, and Blank Page can open up a wall for his team to initiate on the enemy with their pants down.

Once the fight starts, he needs to find a way around his lack of mobility. Instead of blindly running at the back line and feeding, he may want to Cross Reference the enemy carry and attack the tank instead, using the second active on Skin Bound to negate peel. This forces the enemy team to burst him down before the transferred damage kills the carry. This becomes all the more important once he has enough AD and Last Word stacks to kill the carry within the duration of one Cross Reference.

Counterplay Along with Mordekaiser and Mundo, he is one of the few melee champions with no movement speed steroid and no gap closer while being much more squishy than either. If he is denied the element of surprise and thisefore the cast range bonus on Panopticon, he can be trivially kited; and his contribution during fights can be negated by going all in on him, forcing him to run away and waste Cross Reference and Bookends.

#Lore

Placidium, the near future, one of many possible timelines

Perched on the rubble that was once the Temple of Pallas, Kra overlooked the ruins of the Placidium. Buried underneath the grey dust and burned wood, a speck of colour caught his eye. Someone had dedicated their best years to painting an intricate mural on what must have been a ceiling of some description.

A human life well spent, Kra mused as he descended from his throne of debris and scratched a void rune into the mural with his claws. The plaster disintegrated in a cloud of dust, like a petrified old world. At least he was not one of them anymore. He had chosen a different path, become a part of something greater than his, something forged to last. Humanity had run its course.

Sensing the tremors of human footsteps, he climbed up a wall and clung to the ceiling of a half buried chapel. The chapel still stood tall, solid, built as a monument to human delusions of everlasting life cast into a humanoid form, a sanctuary where humans once besought the vast uncaring cosmos to protect their fleeting existence. Where are your gods now, Kra thought.

A small pebble moved, yet there was not a breath of wind. The psion behind the wall, scrying the area with methodical precision, looking for threats like him, managed to disturb only this single pebble, but it was all he needed to know. He would not keep the human waiting. This world's dead must no longer cling to life.

As he prepared to strike, the dying rays of the twilight sun piercing the clouds of stone dust reflected off the shattered marble of the Placidium and cast the silhouette of a robed female through a window, wearing the ioun mantle of an Ionian diplomat. Only one diplomat would set foot in a warzone.

http://i.imgur.com/IQ15uoL.png "I know you are there, Kra. I wish you no harm."

He felt mortal again, alone and surrounded by an inferno of dusty tomes. He remembered the human, deep down, an almost forgotten memory. She had taught him to read and write, opened the doors of the great Ionian Atheneum to him, introduced his to the sum of all knowledge of the human race.

How foolish he had been. When the dark swarm invaded, he saw the Atheneum for what it really was: an insignificant pile of kindle, dragging out its existence against all logic, yearning for the spark to reduce its vapid tomes of self-important litanies to cinders. It was not built to remember or preserve, but to glorify those bound within its walls for however long its brittle towers were meant to protect them from the elements.

And she had returned for him.

As much as he wanted to leap through the cracked window and squeeze the life out of her skull for bringing back his past, he felt he had to answer. But the children of the Void have no use for a voicebox. Perhaps his thoughts could still reach her.

The figure spoke again, her words shattering the deathly silence. Her voice was at once compassionate and hard as glass.

http://i.imgur.com/IQ15uoL.png "Why did you betray us? Why did you willingly choose the side of those... monsters?"

http://i.imgur.com/mXztuFc.png "Your kind is a relic of the past, now crumbling into dust. I am an historian, I must survive by any means necessary. I am more important than anyone else on this world, for it is through me and my work that your kind will survive. Not through a library full of scraps of yellowing papyrus for the worms to eat."

http://i.imgur.com/IQ15uoL.png "I made you head of the Ionian Atheneum. The most exalted body of knowledge on Runeterra, and it was not enough for you."

http://i.imgur.com/mXztuFc.png "The human library was dead as a rotting corpse the moment it was founded, a tomb of graphite and bleached reed, the final resting place of humanity's great achievements, at the mercy of the tides of time. The end has come for this world, and there will be no one to remember it. No one but me."

"I created a new Library on a world beyond the edge, where no mortal force can reach and the ticking of time is silenced. In my Library, the memories of your kind will live on after your doomed world becomes ash, live forever and ever after the last of this universe's billion lights is extinguished."

http://i.imgur.com/IQ15uoL.png "You killed many good soldiers after you turned. The void demons killed many more. Are you a chronicler or a butcher?"

http://i.imgur.com/mXztuFc.png "They were already dead, alive but dead. You call them - us - a force of destruction, but we will remain long after your sun has consumed this planet in its dying spasms. Don't you see? By preserving their story, by remembering them beyond their death and the death of this world, I saved them."

"And when all are saved, their deeds documented in my Library of Eternity, their physical existence becomes irrelevant and they may return to the stellar dust whence they came."

Kra showed her a massive tome. The words rearranged themselves: History of the Dragonguard ...slain to the last man by Kra Zenas at Kinkou Monastery. In between, sprawling across thousands of pages, was a lavish description of every achievement, every day, every thought of each of the Dragonguards, from birth to death. They had been preserved.

http://i.imgur.com/IQ15uoL.png "Am I but irrelevant stellar dust to you, Kra? Have you been consumed by your quest to fling a light into the future, or is there still a human heart beating within that hardened skin of yours?"

http://i.imgur.com/mXztuFc.png "You serve Ionia with fire and devotion, Karma, knowing it cannot stand up to the ravages of eternity. I do not understand you, human. I do not pretend to understand. I observe and preserve."

Karma had come expecting a fight. She had hoped to find out how the Void seduces mortals to its side, no matter the risks. But she had learned nothing about the Void, only about the obsession of a lost friend. And Kra, the Kra who tore through a legion of Demacian Dragonguards and slaughtered them to the last man just a few hours earlier, kneeled on a fallen pillar and let her go unharmed.

At the far end of the shattered Placidium, Karma looked behind her one last time. Kra was still there, bloodied claws dug into the broken marble, unmoving but for the flapping tatters of his librarian's robe, though no wind disturbed the silence of the dead city.

#MCCC challenges

Runeterra under siege Kra is an initiator and much more effective with the element of surprise. Also, each time an enemy champion dies, he grows stronger against that champion.

Can you endure? While having little cc of his own, he is very disruptive because he can deal unavoidable damage to a squishy by attacking someone else, forcing the enemy to peel him even when he's only attacking the tank.

Strange friends Karma.

Monsters Anonymous Yes.

Dang, I really stepped in it when I reviewed you didn't I? I must admit that I wasn't in my usual calm, objective mood when I reviewed your champ so many things went askew.

First and foremost is the ad healing. Given that most if not all heals in the game are ap boosted or a flat heal has sorta conditioned me to believe you cannot have ad boost anything positive that isn't a negative to the enemy, which roughly translates as I think ad should only boost damage (Riven's shield and Sion's old heal from his ult being two abilities from two champs I have never liked playing against that obviously break this "rule"). The other thing is I always have had trouble irl and in LoL from making things more complicated than maybe they should be, so for reviews I often try to see how could something be made simpler but still retain its purpose or original form. Something I obviously failed at with my review of your champ.

For everything else... I can't really excuse any of it. Mostly from your reply I realize that I only commented on your champ rather than review it. Such as the points you counter of R's passive, armor base, and the target "rocket grab" could easily have been avoided if I'd given them more thought or research and at the time I did not.

To take a second look, the reworded version of Last Word seems more apropiate (may have butchered spelling on that) to the champion as a whole. Before with it working solely off stacks I had to wonder if the stacks were lost on death and if so the ability seemed out of place on what was supposedly a potential support. A stack based version sounded more like an assassin skill. Like Vbunnie's "Heidi The Wrangler" I'm still a little hesitant to think Kra needs 2 passives but that stems largely from "having 2 passives" has been very common among other champs I've reviewed before and thus seems very unoriginal to me.

That being said i actually think your q and w are quite original in design. Your champion cannot build like a "true support" but you can choose to focus your build to amplify your ability to support. For instance, building items with both ad and attack speed, such as zephyr, is actually a method of supporting with your q as the higher your bonus ad and the more frequently you can attack, the more you can heal your ally. With Panopticon you could even potentially heal the mid laner that is pushed under tower by targeting them with Q and then going to town on the raptors (if I have that wrong because there is a limit to the transfer range then you should add that to stats). With the W it is basically Bloodthirster meets Mercurial Scimitar, but that does sound like a pretty bad-ass combination, and you prove it to be a pretty bad-ass ability without really making it unbalanced. A more solid thing I should have pointed out the first time is how does this ability interact with blinds or auto attack negations like Jax W or Pantheon passive?

With its limited duration, that I now actually looked at before opening my mouth, I can see your E being fairly even with a Thresh Q so no changes needed here except some clarity on whether there is a range limit to the forced relocation of the ability. Your mention of Rek Sai made me think most about this (i.e. she ults or burrows a tunnel and then what happens?).

For the ult though I still think it may not be very fitting to your champion's theme, but I have a better way to put it. You current version is more like you are creating a "Blank Canvas", where as a "Blank Page" sounds more indicative of a memory/history wipe. Think a forced Zhonya's Hourglass, except your team can still beat the crap out of them. Something to think about if you rework you ult is that all of your basic abilities and even your passive, both versions mind you, make me think of a passive aggressive playstyle. In a supportive or fighter role your q and e serve best to keep an opponent like the carry within reach of your abilities and your allies but not necessarily you specifically. Ideally you would aggro a low damage enemy with basic attacks, but keep your spells set up to keep the carry both peeled and close by for your allies to deal the finishing blow (at least for a support, fighter may take a more aggressive approach and straight up attack the carry). For disengaging your champion is poor but this is balanced as it is derived from the kit overall not any one ability and honestly running from a fight doesn't sound like the champion at all anyway.

So, now with a proper review given, I hope you can forgive my early bluntness. I actually will be putting up the remaining stats on my champion soon as well and truly do hope you give Pico a once-over.

Perhaps W needs a change... if the incoming cc deals more damage than your shield strength, you can't break out of it anymore.

Hmm...

Vbunnie12/9/2014, 2:51:34 AM1 votes

Issues I have with his passive is that attack speed for the enemy gaining stacks i dont know if i like this. Maybe increased basic attack damage to a target for the amount of stacks it has is a better idea. This way it will blend better with his other skills and would make more sense.

Raptamei12/9/2014, 4:00:03 PM1 votes

Updated: Skin Bound passive and active component are now separate, so a high damage cc that breaks the shield doesn't deny you your cleanse.

ElementLlama12/9/2014, 4:31:19 PM1 votes

So I'm going to throw a scenario at you with the ultimate...

Kra is a jungler so I'm going to give you a team comp that might sound a little weird but might make sense in a moment. Top - Heceraim/Sion Mid - Warwick ADC - Siver Support - Zillean

Ok, so maybe not the best example, but here's my point. Most of these Champions are already mobile enough, not from blinks and displacements and jumps, but because when they want to they can cover ground really fast.

Now, a lot of other mobile champs have such abilities which allows them to get over walls and put obstacles between them and their pursuers increasing the effective distance between them by a large amount.

Those facts together make this last point really important. You are removing that effective distance coverage from many mobile champions, eliminating a key part of their kit, against the above comp, getting away is really damn hard.

Expanding on something with the team comp, Sion's ultimate is fairly balanced, mostly because running into terrain will stop him, so really just move around a corner, and by now you know what I'm getting at. Paired with a Sion you have a massive ranged engage that does not need to worry about walls.

Final point, since the effect is global, if WW catches someone with Bloodscent, or an enemy team at low health, Kra doesn't even need to be in the area to let the rest of his team just roll in.

There are other reasons why it would be overpowered but I don't want to get into those, but as the host of this month's MCCC I will tell you, Global might just be a little much...

Vbunnie12/9/2014, 8:10:09 PM1 votes

no his kit does not scale with attack speed it scales with damage the bonuses are applied by attack damage not by attack speed. yes attack speed does help improve the kit and would be something someone would want to build but honestly the way the kit is written the attack speed bonus does not make sense. you have a debuff that increases your attack speed on that target depending on how many stacks they have? how does that make any sense a debuff that buffs? I say it is somewhat acceptable however, Attack damage is a much better choice you obviously dont see it but I am telling you it will improve everything about the kit. Also attack speed scales mutiplicatively and would be very confusing especially if you went to another target. Basic attack damage makes more sense especially since if you mark the target and attack another target the damage is counted as a basic attack when transfered. Attackspeed in this case would not make any sense because you would not be able to gain the benefit of the passive.

Vbunnie12/9/2014, 8:13:36 PM1 votes

That one thing helps your kit I mean there isnt really anything wrong with the kit besides the passive which is why i left that one tidbit of information. I also dont like how the lore is not all tied together and has a kit in the middle. I say the lore should be one complete segment divided into two parts 1 a basic synopse and 2 the friends thing They should also be one right after the other. That sir is a review. I have gone through everything i did not mention q w e and r because there is nothing wrong with them. So yeah I would say remove your statement about two sentences. Because that was all you needed.

I have to say I really like the ideas behind his passives, although I think there could be some changes made to them: 1.The first passive is quite cool, but I think the fact that you have to stand still for it to activate is a bit lame, the passive more or less rewards doing nothing, which can be kinda boring 2.Is really cool, but I'd say that addtional damage would fit better,I mean the passive is meant to be him gathering information about the enemies,so why does additional information help him to attack faster?Additional damage would make more sense with him finding their weaknesses.

Now lets look at his active abilities: Q Sounds like a really cool and awesome ability. However is there a range limit? What if the marked enemy teleports away after hit with the ability?Could you still damage them?

W is a bit....weird.The passive effect sounds cool, but the fact that the active effect needs to be cast right after an auto attack seems weird(especially since that makes it impossible to get out of things like ahris charm, stuns and knockups)

Can the E be used on allies as well?I mean with Kalista, they basically broke the rule not to cc your allies as well, but that sounds a bit too much.using it on enemies could be downright op,since it prevents them from escaping,I mean they can flash teleport or whatever but they end up at the previous location anyway.

The ultimate sounds really awesome, not sure how powerful it is,especially since enemies can take advantage of it just as much as allies(or if an ability that basically despawns parts of the environment for a short time are technically even possible)

Overall in my opinion a cool champion concept with many really creative ideas ;)

Updated lore and added explanation to Last Word.

Reaper Review12/16/2014, 12:48:00 AM1 votes

I'm not part of the MCCC, but I wanted to take a look at this concept anyway. In part because of your choice of reference picture.

  • Passive - Panopticon: Can't think of any glaring issues with this. Kra's base cast ranges are fairly low, so being able to gain some extra range by biding your time is a nice touch.

  • Passive - Last Word: So, Kra starts out with +20% AS against enemy champions, on par with Diana's global +20% AS. It seems like you'd be hard pressed to stack this greatly unless Kra snowballs hilariously hard for some reason, or if you make a point of only harassing one particular enemy all early game. Maybe some different numbering here? Start out with 4 stacks per champion, have each stack grant 5% AS, and have the cap on stacks be 10 per champ. This gives you the same starting +20% AS per enemy, but is easier to cap out. Just a thought, though.

  • Q and W: Both very nice skills, I can't see anything particularly worth commenting on. Useful tools for what Kra wants to do, and the on-attack CDR for the cleanse is nice utility.

  • E: Is there an effective range at which this can pull the target back? Like, if I conjure it right as someone is recalling, can it yank them back from their base?

  • R: As much as I love the sound of this ability, I have to concede that it would probably be fairly difficult to try and program and not have it break one or more other things. For every map, they'd need to program a separate 'papyrus' version for this ability, among other technical details. And how do abilities like Poppy's charge or Vayne's Condemn interact with the not-terrain on the papyrus? Also, does brush still exist on the papyrus, for champion like Nidalee who utilize brush in their kits somehow? (The active is also largely useless on Howling Abyss since it has no obstructive walls, but that's a minor detail.)

That's just my two cents. I'm better at designing champs (I think) than I am at evaluating others, but I like to try it every once in a while.

Dis The Chris12/16/2014, 2:35:14 AM1 votes

To be honest... I've been stalking this concept for quite a while now, although you did a great review for me, sadly I cannot... BUT one thing for sure - I am looking forward for this champion if ever it comes to light.

The Red Goat12/19/2014, 2:19:42 AM1 votes

Finally, the return review.

Sooooooo you realize your abilities are overly complex right?

Looking at the Innate you seem to have the same problem that Vbunnie has for Heidi, in that you don't need to have 2 innate powers here. The first part makes a lot of sense as a way to initiate on fights. He is a melee range champion so he needs something to help him keep up with people, and increasing the range of his abilities/sight range works perfectly for chasing people down. Requiring you to be motionless also ties in his Ionia background well as this can simulate having to meditate to gain greater awareness of your surroundings, and breaking that meditation would negate the increased awareness.

But then you have Last Word and I'm thinking, "why is this here?". I completely understand needing an attack speed steroid on him, for reason you have already explained to other people, but there isn't any reason to give the steroid such a complicated source or mechanic. This increase in attack speed could easily be applied as part of another ability or as an ability itself.

In reference to your Q, you could easily replace the ally target effect with the last word passive and have much better synergy of your kit. I would especially advise this as any heal effect that is increased off attack damage makes absolutely no sense what-so-ever. There is a reason Sion no longer has that equivalent effect in his kit, and don't say balance was the issue. Otherwise the only bad thing I can say about the q is it isn't very imaginative as Volibear has virtually the same thing in his ult but it admittedly isn't physical damage, doesn't apply only to one target, and can't apply on-hit effects.

Your W also poses an alternative to where to put your attack speed steroid in that you can change the cleanse to be a straight active and have auto attacks develop a shield afterwards. This would allow for less predictable timing of the ability and again could provide a good opportunity for where to move the last word mechanic. Regardless if the last word effect moves here, I do believe the cleanse and then shield version would work better for a sustained damage person.

Your E, and your ult that I will get to in a moment, is where the overly complex part I mentioned earlier is really evident. The way it is worded you mark a target that you can then choose to force relocate to the place that they were at when you marked them. While useful, that effect is better off being devised to directly move the target to you. Historians don't want to go out and make history they want it to just happen right in front of them. A thought on why this effect makes more sense to bring people straight to you is that your picture makes me think a a scenario of person A possibly having just punched person B through a magically summoned portal with such force they were pushed to person A.

As for the ultimate it has a nice passive effect that has no synergy with the ultimate what-so-ever. The ultimate itself is also not needed, at least that I would ever use, because enemies would also be able to abuse the effect to quickly disengage from fights and makes seeing through the now non-existent walls a semi-useless effect. The title is also misleading to me in that Kra's book seems to record the history of individuals more than places, so a blank page in his book would be more suggestive of a person being erased from existence rather than a place becoming non-existent. While the alternative does sound similar to how a Malzahar ult might be still I think you should replace this ability with something altogether more in line with your other effects. Or at least tune the ability to only work for you and maybe your allies.

I can't say much about base stats except I last remember the highest base armor being under 23 and your lore does not really explain what kind of powers Kra has, though it does an okay job of developing his personality as a new follower of the Void like Malzahar.

If you feel you want to take another look I have changed my champ a bit since you last reviewed it, specifically I have most stats now, and think it is much better now if I say so myself. Regardless I hope my advice was helpful to you!

Oh, one last mention is that you don't have to meet strange friends challenge since you are on the "against Runeterra" side of the contest. And I thin some of your character quotes are actually quite clever.

I'm Speechless, now this makes me just want to ask people for help to get my Insect Colossus accepted T^T. Will be possible if I gave my picture to the person who created that picture for you so he can redraw it for me. I refuse to accept that my art is decent or even good.😖

Ok Back,

Character 10/10, you have background, good story and all abilities represent character

Mechanics 6/10, how do you mark allies? Ult is still overpowered, but then again it all depends on team comps, after all the enemy team can capitalize just as well on it.

Challenges 10/10, you did both the strange friends and this is an ultimate siege character.

6 bonus points from 3+ reviews

first perfect 30, good job.

Just pointing out here that I lost a bunch of points because the ult (which lets people walk through walls) was deemed overpowered.

Enter Bard who lets people walk through walls as a normal ability. :p

On his passive he should be the one who gains stacks not the enemies. His ult sounds cool but it might be a little resource heavy for older computers.
