I don't intentionally try to kill them but when a jungler doesn't take the golem low enough for me to kill with a couple AA's or targeted spell, my AoE damage (from distortion since I primarily play LeBlanc) will probably hit and kill the little guys. Same deal when I play Lux. If I can't kill them with an AA, I'll have to use my E. E's AoE will probably kill them. Especially if they are low.

junglerboy168 votesYeah, the whole point of the change Riot made is that when you donate your buff to a laner, you can keep the small ones and not lose all the gold and exp, just the buff. To any and all laners, please leave the small ones, they matter now more than ever.

skkkrt3 votesThis is simply an excuse. You can find a way to not kill the little golems. As a jungler, those 2 little golems give me about 40-50 gold when you kill them both. Taking that away from the jungler is like me coming to your lane and smiting the siege minion, and you wouldn't like that, now would you?

Aoe minion kills aren't worth micromanaging, especially when you're trying to make sure you get the buff after someone makes an effort to offer it. I never take the lil guys unless the jungler leaves them behind, as I've found that a jungler offering a buff stopped being so common place after feral flare hit.

Why would u suggest taking the big buffs from ur jungler?!
Ok lets say u are right and the jangler is fine until u leave him the small monsters in the big camp:
Steal the Blue right Away! the very first spawn! The jungler is there to leash for u! Right? He is fine just with 50% gold from the jungle no worry's. And the Blue buff is no help for a jungler.
And the bot lane should join in on the fun too. While the jungler is leashing for 
, bot can take the first Red buff, red buffs are more like a nerfs for junglers they don't need it anyways.
And as soon the blue spawns the second time the jungler can now leash for the top laner, np!
Everything is fine as long there are small monsters in the jungle. Half of the jungles gold potential makes the jungler OP. Right?
If u are not playing jungle - Dont take buffs without permission!
Every good game as a jungler I offer blue to mid or red to bot as soon as I'm good - got 1, kill 3 assists and we have 2 dragons. And then summoners like u come along and make it a bad game.

The point is say I'm on my 3rd clear and I'm not having any mana issues and looks like I'm ahead I can donate blue buff to mid and give our team a nice boost to mids pushing. You don't tend to do it early game but it can most deff help a team out to donate that blue to mid and have them spam and not worry about mana!
Similar to how when mid is about to back they can ask you to cover there lane and grab the CS if they don't have TP and let you grab some gold and EXP that would have other wise be wasted... it's more of a team > self mentality that can help tons.

Baculus4 votesEnergy users get a TON out of blue and need it if the other mid gets it. Not only does the CDR help, but the energy regen boost gives them infinite uses of their skills. It's actually a really troublesome ability gate when it comes to actual fights, not between them (like mana users).
So that's why LCS gives Akali and Zed blue, and so should you.

Jamener1 votesExactly, people don't realize how gold and exp starved the jungle has become. Taxing a lane after ganking has become almost a necessity because most junglers come out of the jungle underleveled and with barely any gold if they just farm the jungle nonstop.

since I'm lined up and using Hate Spike kills the small fry before it becomes an issue.
But I certainly agree. Junglers need all the gold they can get, especially since the tier 2 Jungle items give bonus gold per Large Jungle monster.

you know, usually when jungle tax my lane to hit 6, i actually like it more than I hate it.
unless they are playing afk yi jungle then its a different story

Now, I did this to see if it was worth giving him the blue buff. Would be worse for him if he died with the buff to the enemy mid laner.
Few minutes later, he killed the mid laner and the blue buff was his. ^.^
