Can Sandscourge Skarner get an upgrade?

Its the only skin where he looks organic but his classic skin abilities kind of ruins the skin. Simply changing the color of his W,E, and R to something venomous looking (like green maybe red or brown for his W?) would make that skin fantasy perfect. Even the splash art has some green liquid coming off his stinger which kind of feels like a let down when you play him in game with that skin and see a blue ability coming from his E.
