I understand its a legendary but isn't it funny how ultimates start at $10 for a bit before jumping to their $30 price point, why don't they mark down legendaries at all when first released? Was really pumped for this skin.
Also - it's not like he's a very popular or strong champion in this meta...curious as to how many people will buy this skin without some sort of release discount.
People have been calling Darius Dunkmaster literally a week after his release and never looked back. This was an actual community requested skin that Riot did an amazing job at pulling off. On top of that, Legendary skins have never had a release sale price, so why would you expect this one to? The fact he's not currently a very strong pick doesn't matter either. If they released a legendary Sejuani skin today I would probably buy it because I like Sejuani. Do I play her in this meta? Rarely. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't enjoy the skin and use it when the meta shifts and she's more viable now does it?
Why are people acting shocked that a Legendary skin that was previewed as a Legendary skin years ago is priced at the Legendary price?
I could understand if it was announced as a 975 skin, and then the price got doubled, but this shouldn't really be a shocker to anyone.
Also a ton of bad champs have Legendary / Ultimate skins.

a whole lot of people. This has been a community request skin practically since he came out. Riot could charge $50 and still probably come out with huge sales numbers.
Ultimate's never go THAT cheap. They are normally 3250 which is roughly $25 and are halved for 1950 which is about $15.
Legendary skins have always been said to NEVER be put on sale, so you should know that by now.
