Rename: Triage, The Combat Apothecary
Role: Support
Lore/back story: Triage is a veteran medical officer for the Noxus military force. He has a grumpy demeanor of a man who hates his job, which is ironic, since his job is to save lives. Born into a military family, Triage yearned for combat, he enjoyed the thrill of warfare and embraced death to his enemies. But due to his high intelligence, the Noxian military required more field doctors, and so he placed as a medical officer, focusing on healing the injured and reviving the fatally wounded.
He hated every single moment of it. As a Doctor, Triage was both the worst medical care officer, he insulted both his patience and his nurses, he swore and cursed up a storm during surgeries and often made critical mistakes. BUT damn was a he also really good at saving lives, even when the injury was worse before he started, the patient was guaranteed to be back on his feet, fighting for the Noxian army.
As a Noxian doctor, Triage applied illegal and almost self destructive medical techniques upon his patiences. Nicknamed the "devils doctor", Triage was feared in the surgical halls to the combat lines. The Noxian military has sent Traige out into the battle countless times, to heal the injured and kick the stuff out their enemies. Armed with his home build syringe gun, no escapes his wrath.
Tired of the Noxian control, Triage left the army, to fulfill his dream, of being the ultimate bad ass mofo.
Abilities and Kit: First Aid kit(Passive): Triage always carries an emergency first aid kit with him, when left with 20% HP or less, if he is doesn't take damage and is idle for another 5 seconds, he will root himself and heal 20% of his MAX HP every second until full healed, cooldown 180 seconds. The process can be interrupted if attacked again.
Booster shot(Q): Triage load up a booster shot into his syringe gun and fires it to heal an ally. Cost: 80 Range: 700 Cooldown: 20/18/16/14/12 Triage aims a shot, champions hit are healed for 5.5/8/10.5/13/15.5% of their max hp each second, and gains 15% increased movement speed for 5 seconds.
CLEAR!(W): Traige charges up his home made defibrillator (melee/smite range) for 3 seconds. Cost: 60/65/75/80/85 Range: 325 Cooldown: 10 Triage next basic melee attack on an enemy shocks them, suppressing himself and them for 4 seconds and dealing 50/70/90/110/130 damage each second. If no target is chosen or if recast, an electrical field is created around Triage dealing 30/50/70/90/110 for 2 seconds, enemies hit are slowed for 10% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.
Anesthetic shot(E):Triage loads up anesthetic ammo into this syringe gun. Cost: 100 Range: Cooldown: 12 for 8 seconds, Enemies hit by Triage's basic attack receive 1 stack of "Anesthesia" and have their attack speed and movement speed slowed by 10%. stacking up to 5 times, decaying after 3 seconds.
Pain Killer(R): Triage injects himself or a nearby Allied champion to receive a powerful buff. Costs: 100 Range: 400 Cooldown: 180 seconds Triage targets himself or an ally, Target is "Numb" for 7 seconds, while "Numb" all effects are on hold and do not take effect until the duration expires. this includes HP modifiers (heals/damage), Resources(gain/drain), Stat changes(slows/ghosts), buff's(shields) and debuff's(ignite/exhaust).
After 7 seconds, all effects that were paused, are resumed.
