Talon needs a new skin

Now that hes being played more, he would need a new skin, and also since none of his skins are higher than 975 riot points.

I think something like a project skin for Talon or a highly advance technology skin ^_^

Soul Reaver Talon has been there for years. Definitely a good skin concept. He needs a 1350, high quality skin.
