Wumbergaster, the Ancient Enchanter
Wumbergaster is a mage that relies on Ability Power, Mana, and Cooldown Reduction to be strong.
Passive: Mana Conversion- Whenever Wumbergaster casts a spell, he heals for 20% of his AP plus half of the mana it took to cast the spell.
Q: Mana Blast- Blasts an enemy with a bolt of pure mana, dealing 60/100/140/180/220(+70% AP) magic damage. This deals additional damage equal to 12% of the target's maximum mana. If the target is below 20% health, this deals double damage. Cost: 30 mana +8% of current mana Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 seconds Range: 600
W: Magical Barrier- Wumbergaster summons a shield on an allied champion that absorbs 80/110/140/170/200(+60% AP) damage. The shield also absorbs damage equal to 110/150/190/230/270% of the mana spent on the ability. The shield lasts for 2.75 seconds. Cost: 25 mana +10% of current mana Cooldown: 13/12/11/10/9 seconds Range: 900
E: Erupt- Wumbergaster causes an enemy to erupt with magical energy, dealing 30/50/70/90/110(+90% AP) magic damage in the area around them. This also deals additional damage equal to 6% of the enemy's current and missing health. Enemies hit are also slowed by 40% for 1.5 seconds. Cost: 40 mana +9% of current mana Cooldown: 6/5.5/5/4.5/4 seconds Range: 500
Ultimate: Channeled Energy- Wumbergaster latches on to 2 enemy champions and begins to channel for 4 seconds. Wumbergaster deals 100/175/250(+50% AP) magic damage every second to the champions he latched on to. Wumbergaster can move with 60% reduced movement speed during this, but takes 20% increased damage. Cost: 100 mana +20% of maximum mana Cooldown: 100/85/70 seconds Range: 800
