Unique - Frozen Vassal: Near by enemy champions who make basic attacks are marked by Frozen Heart. After 5 basic attacks they become a Frozen Vassal, tethering them to your champion. While tethered, after 3 basic attacks their next basic attack will instead disarm them for .5 seconds. Moving out of range of the tethered champion will break the tether, preventing Frozen Heart from being tethered to them again for 5 seconds.
