Deathfire Grasp Reworked!

So, Deathfire Grasp was a great concept of an item, allowing mages/ap assassins to situationally burst down tanks, but it was poorly implemented, being more effective against squishies than tanks. I came up with a new version, specialized in dealing with tanks.

Deathfire Grasp (3100g) +100 Ability Power +10% Cooldown Reduction Unique Active: Deals 10% (+1% per 50 AP) of the target's Bonus health as magic damage. You gain +75% Bonus Magic Resistance Penetration against the target for 5 seconds. (100 second cooldown).

Affecting only bonus defensive stats means that this item would have little effect on squishies and quite the larger effect on tanks. Feel free to suggest changes if you feel the item may be too weak or too strong.

I don't like the idea of this item at all. I honestly would quit League (or lie in a hole crying for many hours) if Leblanc could buy this item and burst down a tank. This would begin an era of carnage and oppression where mages and AP assassins alike can quickly kill tanks on their own, almost completely subverting every item they bought to survive against them

So basically you gave it The Last Whisper treatment. Can imagine it would be healthier than DFG was in the past, but there is very little downside to the item. Considering it gives 100AP and 10% CDR, LeBlanc would probably pick this up just for those two stats, PLUS she would then be able to blow up tanks alongside squishies. Considering tanks are supposed to counter burst mages, this would also present the problem of making tanks even more irrelevant as the game progresses. Drop it to 60 AP and I think maybe it could work.
