What if the next champion is a constantly asleep little girl, and her dreams come out as her skills?

So a lot of people have been speculating about the next champion, and I just recently come up with an idea of what could she be in line with the sleep quote from the champion roadmap.

She could be just a kid with special powers, she would be constantly asleep and to move she would hover in the air (kind of like the Pokemon Musharna) and her abilities would be her dreams coming out of her head. Or she could even be a kind of funny creator deity who dreams in bubbles and her dreams turn into reality (like Polokus from Rayman).
