What if the next champion is a constantly asleep little girl, and her dreams come out as her skills?

So a lot of people have been speculating about the next champion, and I just recently come up with an idea of what could she be in line with the sleep quote from the champion roadmap.

She could be just a kid with special powers, she would be constantly asleep and to move she would hover in the air (kind of like the Pokemon Musharna) and her abilities would be her dreams coming out of her head. Or she could even be a kind of funny creator deity who dreams in bubbles and her dreams turn into reality (like Polokus from Rayman).

Isn't that the gimmick for second rate horror film that came out this year?

Though this does sound intresring but riot said something about angles, so I'm clueless on what the next champ could be.

I don't remeber the name, but the plot was that a couple adopted a child that could visualize anything she dreamt. The adopted mother used her ability to bring back her dead son but then things went horrible wrong when the adopted kind beghining to have nightmares which kinda sound like what you're describing here
