Suggestion: Allow us to farm champion mastery tokens indefinitely

I am not asking for lvl 8 9 or whatever mastery. But for players like me who play same champion over and over it would be great if we would get champion mastery tokens even after we get lvl 7. It would be another achievement even if it couldnt be used for anything other than comparing with other players.

Would also like to add in the ability to sell them for IP.. I mean Blue Essence It'd be a great way to celebrate being so incredibly competent at playing your favorite champs.
