Riot please can you finally fix Soraka Equinox reaction to blinks/teleports/zhonya/jumps etc.?

This is longstanding issue and I can see it basically in one game every day I play and it has sometimes huge impact on game.

The problem is that Soraka Equinox silence doesn't refresh too frequently and so there is a small window where teleporting/blinking/jumping or just reviving/recovering from stasis inside silence will not apply silence instantly and will allow enemy champion do use one sometimes even more spells while standing inside it.

I made a video that shows the issue.

Can we please get this fixed riot? I reported it on EUNE year ago but no response.

It shouldn't be so hard to fix it, just check if silence is under character when he tries to use spell and if it is apply silence and cancel casting.

Increasing frequency of silence being appled will not fix it, the bug occurs cuz the untargettable/teleporting champion is suddenly appearing on Equinox and they will always (or at least in all those cases where silence is applied after he appears which is most likely 99/100 times or gametics_per_second - 1/gametics_per_second times) be able to cast spells right after unless they had been CC'd before blinking/"ununtargettabiliting".

The only solution I see is to make silence apply on untargettable champions (since they can not cast any spells anyway) and to make teleports/blinks deny casting spells for a gametic after finishing channel/casting. The latter could possibly break input buffering mechanic though.

Dashes have weird interaction with it... ulting Zed will always (100% of times) be silenced properly (no idea why) but I think Fizz can cast Q after going out of his E so it is pretty fucked up.
