Pantheon rework concept.

I'm no pantheon main, or a pantheon expert, but when it comes to an aspect of war I expect more from this champion. I came up with a kit that may or may not be good but I tried to make it interesting and fun to play. Tell me what you think. I hope you like it.

Pantheon

P Aspect of War: Pantheon gains 2/4/6/8/10% cooldown reduction once below 20/25/30/35/40% health that also increases his cooldown cap to an absolute max of 50% (Scales with level). (Does not stack with the intelligence mastery)

Pantheon deals 50% increased damage to targets below 10/15/20/25% health.

Q Spear of Targon: Cooldown 14/13/12/11/10 seconds Cost 50 mana + 1 spear Range 575

Passive - Pantheon stores up to three spears at once, and creates an new spear every 60-20 seconds. Pantheon can recover spears by staying within 125 units of a target they are stuck in for 0.5 seconds. While pantheon has at least one spear his attack range is increased by 75 (to 175) and his attacks deal 10% more damage.

Active - Pantheon throws a spear to a target location dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+ 0.7 bonus ad) physical damage to all units within 200 units of impact. If an enemy champion, large monster or epic monster is in that area, the spear will stick to them. If pantheon pulls a spear out of an enemy he deals 25/30/35/40/45 (+ 0.55 total ad) damage to them and recovers the spear.

W Shield Bash: Cooldown 20/19/18/17/16 Cost 50/55/60/65/70 mana Range 475

After a .5 second delay, Pantheon launches himself onto a target enemy champion dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 0.9 bonus ad) damage. This attack penetrates 25% of the target's armour and disorients them, slowing them by 24/28/32/36/40% and disabling channeled abilities for 0.75 seconds.

E Aegis of legion: Cooldown 26/24/22/20/18 seconds Cost 70 mana Radius 70/75/80/85/90 degrees from direction faced.

Pantheon raises his shield in a target direction, ignoring the first three instances of damage and the first instance of crowd control from that direction for 1.5 seconds.

R Grand Skyfall: Cooldown 150/120/90 seconds Cost 100 mana Range 1500/200/2500 1000(upon landing)

Pantheon targets a location on the map. After 1.25 seconds pantheon leaps up into the air and reveals his intended landing position to enemies. After 1.25 seconds, Pantheon re-emerges from the sky dealing 100/250/300 (+ 0.3 bonus ad) to 300/750/900 (+ 0.9 bonus ad) physical damage and knocking back all enemies within 350 range for .3 to .1 seconds and slowing enemies all enemies 20/30/40% for 0.5 seconds.

So... You wanna make one of the most reliable damage toplaners into a Tanky sort of thing that's worse than Braum?

The Passive is super bad. 10% cooldown reduction isn't worth that much. You're giving it only while he's on low HP, when he wants to get away, while he has no escapes? I don't see the reasoning behind this passive at all.

The Q is interesting, I'll give you that. Perhaps make the charges regain faster than once per minute at lowest rank. Basically like it is here, you'll lose lane if you miss 3 spears. Otherwise it's actually a cool idea and I'd super love to see him with this Q.

The W... This is the worst spell I've seen on the forum in a long time... A 0.75 sec weak slow and semi-silence on a 0.5 sec cast? What were you even thinking with this spell? It's never going to be useful.

The E is just a shitty Braum E. 3 Instances of damage might seem like something great, but... This can be removed in less than two seconds by a lot of champions. Yasuo alone can do it in less than one.

And the R is... You took a lot of the current ult and then... Added a knockback? Why? You do realise Pantheon actually wants people to stand next to him, right? A knockback would make that completely useless.
