he is not fine all the champions before Lulu including her are considered outdated some of them got visual updates already but there are still 69 more who are on the list including Talon

yeah, but since you have a load of different champions to touch then better touch either those that are put really really bad or those for which you have easy job.

Why talon? he dont look that bad just make the art whit the new tec and it will be great

Because while most champions have had their textures updated and particles cleaned up, Talon still has ugly particles and extremely outdated textures.

Sometimes it's hard to see if his rake actually hit even though it visually did it still doesn't do damage due to the particles not matching up.

True, but think about it, you'd have really nice particles on a subpar model with out dated textures. It would just look really weird.

"Well there it just the particles I think" how i said that... Any way I think the model look old but just because of the particles, it not like Shyvana that just need a not art to fit the Dragon and heavy melee theme. Muscular, tall, badass... And Taller than Elise (she a spider not a dragon)

This isn't needed. Characters in the game who need a vu more are Udyr, Taric, Pantheon(Pizza Feet OP), Yorick, Poppy(Unfortunately, I really like poppy I MAIN HER), and probably a couple others. Talon is fine where he is.
