Why would he need a vu? i think he's fine..

I like the idea, but I really don't think he needs a VU...
Why talon? he dont look that bad just make the art whit the new tec and it will be great
This isn't needed. Characters in the game who need a vu more are Udyr, Taric, Pantheon(Pizza Feet OP), Yorick, Poppy(Unfortunately, I really like poppy I MAIN HER), and probably a couple others. Talon is fine where he is.
he is on the list for VU but a lot more champions are before him
