Seriously, Zed's only skins are his release skin and the SKT T1 skin, which isn't even available right now. He's been around for a few years, yet other newer champions have more than just 2 skins. If Riot released an interesting Zed skin instead of playing favorites and designing skins for champs that already have enough, I would definitely buy the Zed skin.
Zed isn't the only ninja who needs a new skin - 
hasn't got a new skin since 2011.
designing a zed skin is kinda hard tho like hes a human designing 1 has to be somewhat difficult but still I want a zed skin no lie

redmercy said in his video of chromas gameplay that zed is getting a new skin soon ( next couple patchs ) , just be a little more patient and it will be here. PROJECT ZED PLZ
Zed isn't the most in-need of a skin by a long shot. He got his SKT skin less than a year ago, and a chroma very recently. That's more content more recently than MOST champions in the game.
