I really wanted to try Lulu, but you just moved her price up to 6300 instead of 4800. Now if I buy her and don't like her, I wasted 6300 IP. I don't have all day to play and earn 6300 IP; it takes nearly a month to earn that much. Riot Please 
It's not about playing her and not liking her. End-game you'll have most if not all the champions, so pick her up to trade anyway
They moved her price up? How did this happen?
EDIT: Lulu will be discounted to 4800IP on the next champion release (i.e. Kindred). If they accidentally lowered her price temporarily when they announced Kindred then that's an interesting catch, but ultimately her price will still be lowered.
